Oh. It’s inhumane weapons you want? Well, my sci-fi setting has about a dozen of such things… 3 of which, when used in conjunction, can turn surface into molten glass and lava and evaporate the oceans. Your turn.

That is easy, a single imperial star destroyer can do that with Base Delta Zero turbolazor shots. Depending on the planet size it can take some hours, but who cares.
Also, using real physics, a single fighter travelling at near C speeds can launch a 50 kg tungstene impactor and cause an impact 10 times bigger than the one which killed the dinosaurs 60 m o y ago. It is all about mass and speed.

don’t know about deadliest but on the inhumane and scary part the Vagaari ships had an interesting take on shields , they used innocent living being_ s as living shields B^P _

Dude, take gurren lagan, an gigantic robot (since this is in space it is also a spaceship) bigger than 15 galaxyes lined up, the robot’s main weapon was throwing galaxies at the enemies. LOOOOOL
