I still remember times when whole bunch of people complained about how Naga is a worse version of a minotaur and how it doesn’t make any sense

That’s actually how some players fit the Naga: 2vernier+regent+regent+barrier+2 galva+adaptative
Hmm I do it with fed engineers but I don’t really see it as the best idea for a Naga (disclaimer: I do have the Naga but haven’t really flown it much so what do I know… ;))

Naga is some weird thing because it has a 15% speed bonus (10% like every engineer and 5% like every R14 ship, for some reason), and afaik it’s the only Empire Engi with 2 engines… if you add the 3 Capacitors were you could put 1-2 Unit Conduits (maybe not the best idea but you would still be energy stable), it doesn’t sound that bad.
I prefer strafing and positioning myself with Empire Engineers rather than full afterburning and following the team like I do with the Fed ones, but Naga can do that too, didn’t try it yet, but I’ve seen players doing it quite effectively.
Can’t wait to try what acceleration coils do on that ship.

I tried it and the speed is just insane but at one point its somewhat unnecessary. I think 10k is more more more than enough. I would put only 1 of them (maybe 2 if u are using fed r6 but still) some regen and a EB

thought so, 2 sounds nice enough. basicly like a garm with speed and implants. still. have to try it, anyway… 
my sigurdr is painted white with a red cross, and i only use it as a positron ship coz i am really bad at sniping.
Right now, I’ve got 2 favorite ships. The prometheus X with bubbles and full energy (1500 in caps and with 250 regen in my remember). I add him the 2 survival modules attached to hull then I can tank even 2 players on me to launch a second Diffusion shield.
My second favorite is the Cerebus. The Empire t3 LRF that a lots of peoples were hating before having a way between hydra 2 and Styx. Why? 6 turret + 20 Base crit on positron + r2 fed implant + r6 fed implant + Horizon and torpedoes, and you have Maniac medal each round.

Stealing kills is when you do 1% of damage or so. Positrons can one shot some ships in T3 with a lucky crit.
I think you should take a look at the differences between constant damage and alpha shot, the benefits of one, and the cons of the other.
I prefer having a cerberus in my team doing positron work, than the usual spawn camper which is always saying that “it’s not my fault they are behind cover”

Ah no, never. Anyone can reach T5 with enough effort, there is no skill level you have to hit. You meet people in Guards that do not use phase shield whatsoever.
