I cannot agree with the idea of considering that tier mean expertise as for one consider that playing all ship is part of the fun and it is perhaps there that the gamme miss. Like warthunder as I love playing panzer II or Panzer III, I don’t see why higher tier should be for experience player and lower for new players.
