The point of those screenshots is to show the complete unbalance in the MM. There is a clear winner and a clear loser even before the match starts, THAT’S the problem.
well yesterday, i was in a 4 squad, hoping to face some others; we had a game, where at first glance, the enemy 3squad seemed totally random, and the people in that whole team seemed totally random and relatively unknown. the only one on the other side who actually was known to me, however, left the game, since he thought this is a total loss.
turned out to be a very close match, with desperate but really forced gamestyle in the enemy team. Albeit they lost, I was impressed by their effort, and just one man could have easily turned that into a victory for them.
Too bad that guy left.
So no, first glance isn’t always true.
But once you decide to give up your team before the match starts, leave or take LRF to pass the time, instead of helping them to win, there is just no excuse, not even the MM.
Even with a fair MM, there will always be one sided games. No game in the world is different in this.
Therefore it is really hard to make any conclusions from subjective experience.
We now have taken the effort to organize a second 4squad lead by non-corp-members to get two equal teams into the field. So the whole MM is also a community issue; in this game, every game is a win, if you put effort in it.
I whish they would remove the lock on 2 corporation squads facing each other in pvp, it’s stupid.
