In a squad I give a thumbs up to the guy that did the best, and if someone outside the squad did better than us all, or really helped the team in some way, then I give it to them. Rarely do I give thumbs up to the other side unless one person carried their whole team and I want to tell the rest of them that they are c**p

I have been asked to swap around upvotes when in squad, but I simply refuse.

The vast majority of upvotes are from squad mates, which throws the whole system to uselessness. Then again, having that high upvote count makes you look like a beggar compared to your red upvotes. Those are at least harder for corp mates to encourage. It still happens though.

The Blueprint is not available ingame. It is displayed in the Workshop but you can’t have it.

I actually got a T5 HB blueprint, but ended up giving it to Nightmare. There are about half a dozen hidden "Alien Stash"es in a few (if not all) systems that contain these blueprints. They’re slightly hard to find, but not an impossible task.

I suggest finding hard to get to spots or small 3-piece debris fields on the grid. If logic is the same everywhere else, then a small corner of a station or those loose debris fields MIGHT spawn them. I spent 1:30 hours looking for something on 5 areas I knew of, but found nothing. You have to be lucky with the spawns and know where they are, too.

I’ve ran into a few of those spots but mostly they were pirate stashes that were guarded by an OP npc. I’ll go searching when I’'m returning to Jericho space to grind.
Just use the pay2win spatial scanner, you find those rare loot things easily. No guarantee when you pick them up there’ll be a blueprint and not some other credit loot or something, but still, it’ll help you find them.
