How is this better than 1 engi 1 cap 1 shield 3 hull 3 cpu of the lightbringer? Also LB has faster recharge and more overheat time.

But I have in mind one build for the Mjolnir… oh dude, this is gonna be fun.

Why it is better?? Ion Emitter + 3x Iridium Heatsink Mk4 + Curved Reflector + 1x Mk4 Horizon. This would melt everything!

3 caps, 3 cpu, 2 shield, 1 motor.

Tank? If they don’t move they are dead. And gunship is often a staying turret. Wouldn’t be my recommended setup as far it isn’t a fed gunship.

Only thing I don’t like atm is booster nerf. It’s not bad that the devs decided to force players to select between tank or speed/damage, but it’s a shame they decided to make another slot GS only. I am sure there could have been a better way to force between speed or tank.

It seems that the only major change to boosters is the GS/credit split. Boosters are still applied to all ships as per normal.

Why a Ion Emitter when the Gunship have Railgun bonus?

So boosters are consumed even if you don’t use the ship ? Booooring.

I rather dislike that some of the ships have bias to certain guns. 

It would be better if they simply get another base buff or none at all.

I wonder what the chance of actually getting T5 Mk.4 gun from that bundle is. It certainly isn’t higher than 10% for sure. Decided to purchase 9 of those, regretting it forever :frowning:

Well, I never said that. It was my interpretation of what you said above. Sorry for the confusion. 

The connection to the Russian servers on my side are much better now.

The amount of grind required for those customisable ships is just… urgh. No. I am not wasting 12 hours of my life farming random ores just to build a single hull plate.

I’m happy with those craftable ships. I was like “Meh, I want a t5 jeri ECM to go with my Inquisitor, but my last ECM is t2”.

That is what I call “unacceptable grind”.

Apparently boosters are still universal, not per-ship. So what’s the point of moving them below with ship modules&modifiers? that was misleading

 

p.s. mjolnir is bigger than lightbringer so i’ll still prefer LB. Although the jericho craftable ECM really worries me

You can dissasemble mark 2 items. I have zounds of those :smiley:

They mainly just seem to give silicon and metal blanks. No help for the rarer stuff that never seems to want to spawn in Invasion, and obviously cannot be acquired any other way.

Actually it increases with slots. example -

1 Capacitor slot requires 1x reactor package

3 Capacitor slots require 6x reactor package

Its different with other modifier slots but you get the idea

 

3 hull slots need 9x exterior structer
