Hmmm… OK… my graphics had some glitches Yesterday. Couldnt see TP anymore and drones “disappeared” instead of exploding. (Thats de facto NEW for me). 

T1 was in squad with T5. That simple. The pilot chose to be there himself.

As for you - as you were in a squad your, based on your squad rating MM moved you in the upper que.

 

You have to be kidding me. This should not be allowed. It doesn’t matter what he chose.

 

Having someone with a T1, or even a T3 on your team in T5 is worse than having a bot. You are literally 1 teammate short.

About MM…as far as i understood rank 11 and lowers should never been placed with r 14 and 15, right?

So why does it keep happening to me?

Because they are probably in teams with higher ranks. This is what I am trying to say: game should not allow groupping low tiers with high tiers together, because it is happening too often.

Incorrect. MM takes into account your equip, synergy, ELO and amount of victories in previous battles, then it puts you in a que in accordance with your calculated rating. This is why you are being matched with tougher enemies.

Antibus: First thing you really must fix is make it completely impossible to queue with T1 and T2 ships in T4 games!

What we play every night is same guys over and over again in either a 3v3, 4v4 or 6v6 with 5 minute waiting times and it all depends on who will get the worse pug in the game - whoever gets the T2, or even the T1 guy in the game that is completely worthless to the team, will lose.

Also make this work for squads: if someone squads with T4 and a guy with T1 or T2, squad cannot enter the game. This IS happening. Do not let this happen. Make it foolproof: Matchmaking error! Player “xyz” has a problem: invalid ship tiers for conflict!

Why can’t I farm slayer of immortal medals?

  1. No, they were actually boosted a bit - they generate more income now.

How about:

 

If one team gets a 4-man squad, the other team also gets a 4-man squad.

Matchmaker waits until 2 squads of equal size are available before pitting them against each other.

(4-man squads sometimes have to wait longer to enter battle? Give a warning when putting together a squad to let anyone wanting to play with friends know the stakes, and the additional wait.)

This rule has always been in MM. But sometimes there’s just no more squads in the que. Can you tell how long some people would have to wait to get into the fight then?

Many of your seemingly nice and easy suggestions have some hidden probles, which are not at all easy. Of course we would like to make it possible that more friends could play, but, as it was told before - if it is not too damaging to the balance or, in some cases, waiting time.

So basically i have no reason to use t4 ships…

I mean i have anyway to fight r15 so i just gonna always use t5 too…

Because T4 is broken with bad players getting into your team, ruining your game, this is why this happens:

 

So ESB, NASA and Nova go to T3 (because this is the last place in the game you can still get a normal match on occasion without 5min waiting times) and than people complain we are too OP and than you nerf the squad sizes, instead of fixing matchmaking and crazy tier jumping with T1 going to T5 games in squads. GG.

 

Fix the matchmaking, don’t let Aces enter high tiered games and your OP squads will stay where they belong. I have no reason to stay in T3, actually not much to stay in T4 as well, if T5 wouldn’t be what it is.

Yes, of course. We are constantly monitoring the situation with matchmaking.

OP squads cannot go down on their ships, they are always going up.

T1 can get into the T5 match only if he goes against the common logic and joins a t5 squad.

This is what I’m saying. There is quite a number of people that don’t posses that logic and is pissing some of us off on daily basis. So just don’t allow that, it’s not like we would miss out on anything, right?

You are not locked if you can play with T2 up to end of T3 games, by than you already have maxed out your T3s and working on T4s. You can start flying T4 with T3s for all I care, just not with T1-T2s.

 

 

Imagine this: locked tech ques.

All aces came to T2. They all have purples. Their Elo and synergy are sky high. They are still in that que, they are not moved up. They eviscerate everyone. In every battle they fight. Is this what you want to see?

I am not sure we understand each other. Why would aces come to T2 anyway? Where did this come from now? Nobody wants to fly there.

 

This can still happen today, I could go and fly T2 if I wanted to, but I don’t even have to fly T3, because there is no reason, and same goes for the other guys. We just want to keep new guys in lower tiers for their good until they can move up and come with a T4 ship into T4, and not with a T1. 

I don’t understand why would locking tiers be bad for new players. This is meant to protect them. And if they come with T1 ships in T4 game against T4 blues elite squads this is OK, yes?

Most probably some of those pilots are using military\experimental weapons, are in squad and have won a couple of matches before. As they were considered to be more powerful by the system (for the que they were in), they were moved into the next que - so that they wouldn’t topple the newbies in that que.

Pure T1 pilots couldn’t get into higher que - they stay in the first one. More likely is that they put a T2 in their line up.

The problem with this in lower Tiers is that they’ll face the next Tier of ships which still have much more advanced and powerful gear. They stand no chance, even if it’s your average pilot, as I’ve seen it happen multiple times. And why should those higher Tier ships with Mk 1 gear be in lower Tiers, anyway? Because they’d be curbstomped in their own Tier? “Oh, you can’t be here, you’d die too easily. Here, take this cushion and have a few low Tiered pilots to kill.” This is basically what the system is telling us. You can’t fight here, so we’ll put you down the queue so you can kill better. You’re rewarding losses. It’s also shown in the reward screen after the game. You get high rewards for losing a game, even if you did badly. The Synergy and Credits I get for losing a 12min match is still higher than if I won a similar match, with similar points in the same amount of time. We’re not supposed to see R6 ships in T1 matches, we’re not supposed to see R7 ships in T4 matches, but it still happens ALL. THE. TIME. And you still say the system “works as intended”?..

Wait, what? Synergy? So, because I have some spare Synergy, the game forces me UP?
