Prety much every other class has counters. You can counter Guard debuffs and Pulsar by keeping out of range;
But ECM? Nothing. There is no counter, no way to escape. They unplug your keyboard and there is no way to stop them.
You can counter ECM in the exact same way you listed for guard debuffs. Stay out of range. You can counter them by white noise jamming them. You can counter all but one of their debuffs by line of sight. There is plenty of ways to counter an ECM.

The problem is to try to lose line of sight on a slower ship, so, when flying slower ship, just wait paciently and die like you are suposed to die against those.

Well then, this argument could be used for any debuff that is line-of-sight based. Making tacklers, guards, recons and others OP against slow moving ships.
I really want to get some sort of reward for getting a medal like a small amount of vouchers.
For example:
TRIPLE KILL = 100 loyalty vouchers
FIRST BLOOD = 100 loyalty vouchers
etc.
That’s a really good idea. Vouchers are a pain to farm, so it would be great if we could win them with the medals. Something like “X” medal gives “Y” number of vouchers for your active sub-faction contract.
I’m honestly trying to get back into frigates. going fed engi because lrf’s are everywhere and they’re painful to level in this situation, not to mention the recharge mechanic of the rex goes well with dropping warp gates frequently. however i find it hard to play something that relies on teammates sticking together when you play with random strangers, because in reality the only thing strangers are consistently reliable on is being unreliable.
also, I would like it if there are some ace rewards introduced. this would allow you to again lower credit and synergy rewards while rewarding the best players on both teams, meaning that average players will still have incentive to spend money on progression.
of course with that said, I stopped playing for a long time because I made a few mistakes and the prospect of fixing them in order to play again was monumental and time consuming. the credit increase actually brought me back to the game because combined with the event it was relatively easy to get back on track.
and I must say that from observation that the prometheus fire and the castor are the best empire gunships to the point where the lack of slots in relation to their rank is acceptable. the castor is actually more mobile, and tankier, but at the cost of critical chance - making it the perfect frig ball escort. The fire can hold more crit over raw damage, and has some good natural movement bonuses making it a much better ganker around key targets, and both have recharge reductions making them very deadly killers.

Wrong, with LRF spam, you’re more less likely to be attacked and more likely to survive since the other LRF’s might help defend you. Also, targeting opposing LRF’s is easy since they’d generally not moving. It can be an easy pixel hunter medal.
