Will it be more automated? I get tired of looking for a contract that I can complete without attempting to kill the game by grinding loyalty, or just completely ignoring it.
They should let us pick ALL the available contracts from the active sub-faction we have, why? Because they will need the cooldown no matter what, so I see no point in making us choose only 3 at a time, no matter what we’ll have to wait 15 hours for some of them to be available again.

So, when will the hate-filled thread be made, so we can pointlessly try to avoid any further disaster, only to have our voices duct-taped inside a fullerine shell and tossed in the bottom of the marinara trench?
I mean… it’s like the community isn’t doing anything, here… Can you at least answer me that? Why are we here? Why do we post?
I feel like Sector Conquest would work better with more transparency as to how much of an impact any given game has. That, and stacking results in favour of the top tiers so that spamming T2 victories isn’t an effective way to win a sector.
More complex, perhaps, but potentially having Sectors divided across the tiers, with then an overarching winner decided.
eg:
WX-99 is Fed vs Jericho. At the turn tick, the results are as follows:
T1: Fed - 60% / 40% - Jer.
T2: Fed - 60% / 40% - Jer.
T3: Fed - 40% / 60% - Jer.
T4: Fed - 40% / 60% - Jer.
T5: Fed - 40% / 60% - Jer.
This gives us an overall victory to Jericho, as they ‘won’ 3/5 tiers. Corp control would then go to whichever Corp had the most victories on the winning side.
Just a thought. Likely open to exploitation, but as a first-pass it seems to be harder to abuse; you’d have to zerg multiple tiers to guarantee your victory.

Please, the game actually doesn’t encourage teamwork, all the opposite. Don’t make it worthwile for the Zerg Corps to keep that way because we’ll see even MORE Zerg running all over the place. If you’re going to introduce some “new shiny thing” to Sector Conquest, let it be Sector Conquest VIA Corp Battle, no more random pugs and Zergs going like headless chickens over and over again to the same sector without even playing the match modes as they’re supposed to.
Also, it seems like when there’s some kind of weird idea in the forums (for not saying something offensive), it always get implemented, but when someone propose something good, it doesn’t… So I can guess you’ll add “bonus” for owning sectors, so PLEASE reset the owners and PLEASE add sense to Sector Conquest.

I’m psyched for the Heavy Blaster, it gets a lot of hate, but I’ve got a engineer frigate with it, 7500m max range, and very low spread and higher projectile speed…
Which lets me pick a rock, act as the local repair/reshield point, and generally support a firefight at long range, add mobile barrier to the mix and I absolutely love using it.
Not saying it can’t use more tweaking, but if you spec the ship for it, I think it can be very effective.
I’d likely just take away the slow turret aspect and it would have a better place as it would give a Frigate a decent anti-interceptor gun maybe.

Heavy blasters are meant for suppressive fire, not as self-defense weapons. IMO the slow barrels should stay.

Fun fact; it’s been 2-3 weeks since Wolfpack reformed, and we’re already 2nd place in the Sectors we’re trying to take. That’s a pretty impressive climb… so we clearly have enough players to play for control.
