your “constellation of colors” is just a joke ?!
420 golds by ship for perso just for a week ??? !!
245 golds for a awfull stickers for a week !!! just lol !!
and what after ?? perso stickers for corporation at 300 golds by week ???
don’t count on me to give more gold for your game guys !!!
I paid 2 DLC and 30€ for propulse your devs with my poor finance and when i saw what is your way… is that enought for me !!
Is more than a physical game who I play more 3 years for 40€
I m just thinking you laughing about your payers … sorry: players!
Sorry for my poor english, but I don’t care !
- The game is not newbie friendly.
- The tutorial system doesn’t help anything. You need sparkling arrows and colorful board telling new players about the basic of the game like: factions, ships, roles, modules, game mode, pve, warehouse, looting, mail, etc… The community is not trolling, we are just tired of people asking the same questions again and again (And this is the fault of game developer)
- Do something about the Inty spam in T2.
- Do something about Engy spam in T3.
- LRF needs changes.
- To solve 3,4,5, do something about the very concept of ships and modules.
- Tier 4?
- Lasers suck.
- Need more and better PVE. Maybe let the new player do a few Pve matches first, before joining any battle.
- Contracts, loyalty are good, but are dumb in a way or two.
- Last, but not least, stop selling ships with pre-installed modules, only make suggestions, we don’t want to waste our hard-earned credit on something we don’t want to buy.
I have read your post and agree with all points.
Sadly, there are about 20 more points to spend before we got all the issues lined out…
Maybe we should make a thread with all points lined up…
If only I was a moderator over my own thread and could delete posts after adding them to the OP…
"…
Not telling you how to run your company, just saying that if for example the prices were half I wouldnt spend $50 on a pack, but most likely end up buying few packs for total of $80.
It is easier in small bites you know."
I totally agree - I’ve been looking at the pirate packs, and I reeeally fancy the ship Sai, and all the pack’s features are nice too but there’s just no way I’m going to spend 50 bucks on that. If there were a tiny pack for each pirate ship separately, for let’s say 10-15 bucks each giving you tiny bonuses beside the ship (or even overlapping) I’d DEFINITELY buy a couple (or more).
People like customization, and they are willing to pay for it.
We are aware of these issues, but not everything can be done in one patch.
The nerfed heals should solve the overpowered engineers and maybe even the frigate balls.

They didn’t, already saw an ESB squad frigate-balling in beacon hunt…part of the problem lies in the mines, the moment there are 2-4 minefields on a beacon, you wont ever get that beacon…
And some issues should NEVER have emerged in the first place!
Like the idiotic GS for temporary customization!
Hire a QA department…
If you want a nice pricing for colors, look up MWO:
Give players some colors for free and let them UNLOCK a bunch nice colors for GS.
Its a nice concept.
Or at least stay with your old one…
Dagger V might be broken by the way, its not black-yellow, it comes in greenish colors now.
I approve of the proposed Q&A department.

You don’t need a QA department to spot some of these issues before release. A little bit of common sense is all it takes to realize that players aren’t willing to spend $5 for a week of colors.
EDIT: It seems like they are treating us as their free paying QA department for now. Guess what happens when you submit obvious crap to QA, they get mad at you. :taunt:

true, but apparently none of their “testers” spots these obvious issues or doesn’t think they are issues, and thus are implemented.
That is why they need a true QA department that will tell em right to their face: I think “this” is wrong, for these reasons, fix it or don’t release it in this state if you want to prevent another outburst.

Another scheme is the one found in Guild Wars 2. You have a basic set of colors and you find more of them through loot. A very nice system for that, might I add.

VERY dissatisfied with the direction the game has been going
Like removing the casual and hardcore PvP queues to make a single ‘all steamroll all the time’ queue
Changing customization options to be cash shop only and removal of permanent stickers
The matcmaking is the biggest deal for me though as a solo player, as it was to my understanding if you wanted to play to win you played conquest and if you just wanted to pub it out you played arcade, and that kept all the 4 man groups in conquest and arcade was all pubs, which kept it fun and fair
Now PvP is all tryhards and clans all the time sucking all the fun out of it and there’s nothing else to play since PvE gets boring after the 20th time on the same mission
I don’t think there’s any change they can make other than readding arcade to get me to start playing again, why was it even removed in the first place? Kids whining about having to wait more than 30 seconds to get into a match?

Sector Conquest and Arcade always had the same queue. No matter where you signed in, you got into the same battle.
- Inty spam in T2 is countered by Tackler/Gunship swarms and mass Guards. And it’s VERY effective.
Don’t see that often, and again, counter a spam with spam will only lead to another spam.

I forgot.

I am strongly against that suggestion. I remember how when I was newbie I was grinding Let’s say 3 Mil to buy a ship I really wanted then BANG ! It comes stripped of any modules so I have to grind another 2 or 3 mil with it waiting and unusable.
Sector Conquest and Arcade always had the same queue. No matter where you signed in, you got into the same battle.
Then why am I seeing multiple 4 man groups in every PvP match when previously I saw none?
I played a lot more before 8.4, and up to that point I never saw a group of more than 3 in the arcade queue, wheras past 8.4 the five or so PvP matches I’ve played have had 2+ four man teams, usually both on one side
And if they were the same queue, why were there 2 buttons in the first place?
It’s just luck of the draw, plus. Sometimes I don’t see corps, sometimes they are everywhere.

3 Mil is the price of a rank 9 ships, modules, weapons, etc… all included.
If you only buy the ships (and sometimes you really do buy a ship just for the next one) without the modules, it won’t cost more than 1.5 mil. maybe even much less.
