I know but I find Sharpnel more fun. And I like shotguns sounds.

yes great…

go fight in t5 with mk1 vs pro player full mk4

there are pro players(mk4)  who kill Ace players with mk1 stuff …

the pro player are great and powerfull pilots

all players with mk4 = pro pilots?

T5 mk4 != pro player. T5 mk4 = rich player

A “pro” player in T5 should be able to kick with rank13 Mk1 ship every n00b that has Rank15 Mk4 ship. Otherwise he/she is not a “pro” player.

Mk matters only if pilots of equal skill fight.

Mks don’t matter? Tell that to the guy who failed to kill my Grizzly when I ducked behind a rock with 50 hull left.

Better gear makes you a more effective player, regardless of skill.

A player’s level is not based on “How many things he can kill during a battle” but on his “Decision Making”.

Decision? there is only one PEW PEW PEW  :bomber:

You can make the best decisions in the world, if you lack the skill to see them through by killing those opposing you that doesn’t make you a high level player, just a good commander.

Killing is certainly important in all game modes but in some modes there also need to be player(s) that actually go for objectives.

That is the main problem some players don’t care for objectives just feed kills and don’t even pay attention when someone ping’s something.

If you kill your enemy he can’t do objetives. The typical killer that don’t do objetives but gets 10-20 kills is actually doing a lot for the team. He is preventing the enemy from doing objetives.

Why an ESB squad with 3 gunships and a engi win games even if they don’t do objetives? Because enemy can’t even leave their respawn point and get the beacons or plant bombs.

Imo you need balance. Some people going for objetives some people going for kills, I don’t find that bad.

Because you play a lot.

They exploit the pub’s tardedness. They can be played around very well, you don’t confront with a killsquad without having one of your own, you avoid it. But most people in pubs are not coordinated enough for that.

hard to avoid when its 4 vs 4

you get creamed or you could park to one side of the map and watch them take all the beacons.

its fun when you have your own kill squad to back you up when you go toe to toe with some esb laser deagle squad

Interceptors are faster than a DEagle.

not when on Russian server

Some of them.

How to fight the ESB, WPK. NASA or any other “Well Coordinated death squad” as you people call it.

  1. Observation. Observe there tactics, play styles, and ship composition. Do they only go for kills? Are they known for some members in the same ships and same tactics? Whats a good counter to them ship wise? If you know some members, like JPhack, as he usually takes a recon and go pokes a beacon, what should you do to counter him? Its these things you need to worry about and ponder.

  1. Coordination. Working as a team means to work as one unit with good communication. Only few pilots with out communication can work well together as that comes from experience and practice. Usually they make excellent use of the Ping System.

  1. Flying skills. Yes you need this. You need to learn how to aim, strafe, barrel roll, etc. With these skills it allows seemingly weak ships by there stats to be very deadly if left unchecked. You need to ask yourself. Does my playstyle and my ship work well together?

  1. Situational Awareness. This is self explainatory, you need to be aware of your surroundings. Noticing that your alone and have no back up to fight a beacon, 2 or more enemies, or a frig ball, can be your ultimate demise.
