The current defiler is fine no need to change anything
Defiler spec ops , its a end game contents , we need a fully T5 Mk4/Mk5 wing ships to deal with it .
imagine , on the best way one mission take above 10-20 min .
just count 15 x 20 min , above 5h . , all that time its means no players on PvP or Pve , OS or others
on other hand , the daily missions seems more easier but take above 30-60 min but many time need some restrictions
now how many time its take to collect all ressource to craft the new Tha’gar and upgrade the ship …?
all those stuff its just a bit insane , the best way to accomplish that its to take our T5
What means …? Tha’gar more diificult to build and reach R15 than the SP ship
finaly , all the mechanic give more advantage to veterans or players spending a huge amount of $ to bypass the grind , i’m a veteran but for me itsn’t fair ”)
i don’t say , newcomers may have quickly all those new stuff but for a good mood to SC and in-game , find best balance that people happy in-game and avoid the trend since last year with the bad buzz on the game .

Serious question: Is r10 defiler easier than r15 or is it same and you just brought a knife to a gun fight?
Also to make it easier for those that don’t know, unfortunately I think nearly every one that reads the forum isn’t new, a few tips for Defiler:

2 recon to take out the portals. Its best to stay together then warp to the second portal and close it as fast as possible. If you shoot the aliens when they come out the portal they will shoot back; sometimes better to avoid that and not get hit so portal closing isn’t denied then take out the escapees.
1 or 2 engi is great also. Even the best players can get taken out and a decent engi paying attention can mean the faster win.
if you use a destroyer then make sure to use photon for em buff and halo; all other ships use em as well due to the photon em buff.
ping the matter inverters immediately and its best to know where they spawn so you can be ready for them.
if I missed anything feel free to correct and make this a sticky (like that’s even a thing we can do lol) although there is probably a post on this already by orca1911 most likely
as far as speedrun; well you need to figure that out for yourself
Now that’s not saying its easy but at least a good starting point  hf guys
I’m like 90% sure that the “R10-15” thing is the entire mode classification. So yeah. Bringing a slingshot to a bazooka fight.
I always forget to say this, I dislike the Open Space mysterious cargo container change , it is not tied to any logical way of searching for something, it is not “hidden” nor possible to find several kilometers outside of the map where the scanner doesn’t even trigger a signal. There, feels better. ”)

Indeed my good sir. This was a very annoying change. For the first few weeks I thought that they had straight up removed them, until I stumbled upon one after I missed a warp destination and landed on the edge of the map.

I can’t shake the feeling that the person who changed the spots was going for a salty prank rather than “improving”.
Also, tbh, the thing was nearly perfect, not too much, not too little, here and there some container and it piles up after some play. Quite decent for a GS investment, but now i can’t even suggest the scanner to people out of good conscience because there is no method to find something in the outskirts of a 50km radius bubble map. The effort outweighs the prize (and GS cost of the scanner).
How to get 100% win in Combat Recon [Tutorial] :
Take thar ga
Equip it with one horizon, Thar Kth, some crit damage, and teleportation sphere, and Alien intuition + crit chance buff
Sit at 6km away from captain -> He shouldn’t expect to die right ?
Charge Thar Kth cannon
Jump in, you’re now within gun range in an instant
Press alien intuition + Crit chance
One shot the enemy captain
GG WP
Instant kill from 6km away with nothing to see it coming.
Will we be able to use Alien structures and Fighters structures on something else in the future ?
Because I have about 1600 Alien structures and 100 fighters structures…

There’s will be at least 2 other fighters so I would save them.
Q :: Would you (SC) give us something like a (raw, vague) release schedule so that we players would learn facts we could base some build strategy on, please?

The next ships to come out will be the Ellydium Engineer and Recon. Not sure what after but I do know that the destroyer will be last.

The Ellydium ships will encompass all classes of ships, including the destroyers. Each class of ships will require their own part, so for instance you have fighter structures, so you will be able to make fighters. Interceptors will require Interceptor parts, and frigates will require frigate parts. The xenocrystals a composite plates will be generic amongst them all.
There will also be two new ship cabins added for frigate and Interceptor. No idea what they will do for destroyer.
And back to the primary question at hand, since elly will be making all classes, it is perfectly safe to assume that there will be two other fighters: Tackler and Command.

No way I’ll consume these 1600 panel and 100 fighter structure just by crafting Command and Tackler.

That’s BS. They can easily give it a chooseable mode(or even for EVERY mode) a contract/mission. But yeah. Introducing more money needing things you all know…

Don’t cost some nodes also panels? Haven’t unlocked many of them, so I can’t say anything above r7. The structures will likely just rust in your storage.
so where exactly can I find mysterious containers now? are they still floating free in space or do they\ actually have locations near structures? I’ve been roaming barter and laboratory for good 3 hours and found nothing. help?
Good luck with mysterious containers.They are in the outer part of OS maps at 4000m away any gate. Bad nerf.

Specials do.
Some specific nodes do too.
But I built a r15 Thar ga with nearly everything, I have 0 xeno and 1600 panels.
No need to be a genius to understand that panels aren’t the limiting resources.
Same goes for fighter structure. You need the 10 initial structures, but that’s it.
