Star Conflict 1.3.3 Discussion

Most of the Russians player love destroyers. They even spurred creating of hunter-killer groups in open space for possible farmers, so well - lots of new players joined, lots of old players enjoy it and here are only what - 10 people complaning? (I’m just stating the fact - don’t yell at me…).

 

I really hope we will get something even heavier in the future.

You twist my words. I said 100 people find them overpowered, I didnt say 100 people dislike them. Make sure to read the right things. You are just stating other facts, not the right ones.

 

You also neglect the fact that lots of people already left the game, the people now flying destroyers is what left over. It’s completly biassed.

 

I find it’s a noobish ship that requires little to no skill, of course you ll find people who like it. If you are bad at the game and they give you an unbeatable ship, yes then you tend to like it…

When will you balance those destroyers? You devs are doing a horrible job. Dont you test anything before bringing it into game?

 

As i said many time, Play your own game or at least admit that you screwed the game up so badly that you find it too boring to play.

I’ve wanted him to join NASA for some time now to help our Russian Division. He recently decided to become our slave join our ranks :slight_smile:

Anyone else thinks that the projectile of the halo launcher should be smaller, less bright or something? After shooting a few rounds it covers up too much of the background. Especially when there are a few more destroyers around with the same weapon.

You know how it needs to be nerfed? Range. The damn thing has too much range for its damage. I’ve seen some destroyers running 7km + range with the halo launcher  :fed013:

But the projectile is slow. :slight_smile: Anyhow, I have to agree. I just had a battle where the enemy used coil gun but could not reach me while I was happily haloing him. Even the meson has 200 -300 m less range.

To be honest, with Halo form 7k you are gonna hit only pretty darn bad players, especially if they are not in a Destroyer, ~3-4k with cooled ammo on Halo is where it is more or less gets consistent (unless you are facing good Antares, that thing needs like 2 k range to hit or Booster circuit ammo)

So… does that mean we will see moar destroyers in PVP match? You know… guards are like paper to destroyers, and how can randoms (not vets) player kill destroyers that easily without another destroyer… but we will see in the following days how T3 goes. Other than that I like the update, hopefully more people will use guard to counter destroyer. Also for the new destroyer mk5 weapon, you need 50 neo plates for waht, 3% more dmg with mk5? I think maybe around 10 would be fair.

Yes, poor guards got pushed aside so bad. I used to play them a lot but now not at all. Not even in tournament.

Balancing tweaks have been introduced
The attitude of prioritizing balance is a step in the right direction

Slightly enhanced ‘Firestorm’ missiles to help pilots fight against destroyers
And, unavoidably, frigates as well… which hurts balance

Don’t forget that this is not about kills only, assists are also counted.
