As a recruiter, I would really like to know K/D ratios instead of average kills in battle.
Average kills/assists means nothing unless it’s really low. I have finished Sec Con battles without having killed anyone and having scored top of my team from capping beacons.
Anyways, I hope we can at least add K/D ratio and K/Assist ratio. Thanks!
This might hurt corp recruitment more than it helps. K/D is nice to show how good you are in fights, but not how good you are in the battle. You only see how good you kill, but not how good you play in a team or go for objectives.

I agree. Deaths don’t mean a whole lot in battles (aside from Capture the Beacons). You could die 5 times in a battle and get 15 or more kills, but it wouldn’t give an accurate representation of how good you are in the battle, as that is what matters.

K/D means nothing and it depends on the game style.
I’m usually the idiot who go in for the beacon even if the match is totally lost and I have no real chance to take it. Most of the times I’m die on it.
Why? Because I wanna win. I don’t care my K/D because if I just can turn 1 match form 100 with this, my W/L will be better
If we start show the K/D, some pilots will start looking after it and the lost matches will become worst because they’ll start save their K/D stats.
Whilst I haven’t been playing SC that long, I’ve been online gaming long enough to form an opinion on the whole KDR argument.
From prior experience, I have never found KDR to be all that useful in terms of recruiting potential members into your group/clan/corporation/guild/etc. This is primarily because it is very easy to stat pad and promotes overly cautious gameplay (which is not constructive in a majority of game modes). Talking about SC specifically, it also promotes Vets flooding the areas otherwise inhabited by Noobies for the sole purpose of getting their “stats up”. This is turn, will turn a lot of new blood away as seldom will people login to a game just to face stupidly unfavorable odds every game.
Whilst the stat itself does have its uses, it is (unfortunately) used primarily for ego stroking, so on this basis I am personally glad that it is not used here.
A Player whom is willing to get their hands dirty and try for objectives is far more valuable than some stat padding/selfish egotist.
