The most strange thing is that “1”. I think it’s a relevant factor, together with the capital letters positioning.
That’s what I’m about to go into - along with using the message ID as it’s gone down this time instead of up (although this could be because it’s a different sender).
Addition (and I’ll be adding notes in here for the short term)
* the gap in words is always at the first letter. As such I’m going to start including these letters.
* Sk’Ra - there is an inconsistency in existing weapon names to confirm if the R, or even the ’ is part of this. I’ll be including the R from this point on just in case
This means I’m currently working on:1Ltfzdovuhi - or minor changes with ROT-x. Also I’ll try ROT-x on lower case, and ROT-y on higher case.
There are 4 types of mis-typed characters which appear to be a cipher. The words affected are:
Smith!1 ElLydium t_racking first chargez proviDe o_ther sK’Rah ve shoued HIs
My following assumptions have been made:
* Spaces (seen as underscores above) appear on the second letter. As such the assumption is to take the first letter.
* Rules from the forth cipher are in play: include capitals and mis-spelt letters
* The number will be important.
We have no context of the word Sk’Rah. The naming convention of weapons with an apostrophe is non-standard, therefore R is included as a possibility.
As such the cipher I have been working on is:
1LtfzDovuHI or 1LtfzDovRuHI
A Caesarian Shift has resulted in no tangible phrases, therefore I believe a double or triple transposition is in play. I’ve tried changing ROT ± based on capitalisation but didn’t come up with anything, although there are some variations I haven’t tried.
My next step is to assume a ROT then anagram, see if that comes up with any results, but this will be done tomorrow.
PS, the number of letters I’ve identified without the R is equal to a YouTube Video link, so it was a real shame to see that the video with my letters turns to How To Grow Copper Crystals with Electricity - thought I had an amazing connection there for a second!

But this! Is awesome keep it up! I think you are in the right way ”) (i alreadh give up here)

Thats how Ellydium makes live crystals buld stuff
These are the anomalies I worked with: 1LtfzDovuHl
After correcting in original text: !LTFSDOWWHI (case probably does not matter)
Then reading backwards: IHWWODSFTL! (because of the ! mark)
Finally, without any pattern: BATTLESHIP!
I did not find any pattern or logic but from the IHWWODSFTL letters I could come up with several other words. So, can this really be the BATTLESHIP? Can there really be a “shipyard battleship”. I could see this working. A huge ship that is growing other ships. A little like a Leviathan.
Otherwise that website that the RU forum came up with is probably not a coincidence. If so, then damn.

I spent so much time trying to finish the previous decoding as a sentence. Anyway, good job coming up with this and solving it too.
But now, let’s analyze the implications of the secret message: Eugene is sending instructions to his wife on how to grow crystals. This could mean different things:
He wants his wife to grow crystals for him (unlikely)
He wants his wife to spread this info in order to make everyone able to craft crystals (Maybe it will open the “Laboratory” section in the corporation page)
His wife isn’t who she claims to me. Maybe she’s another weapon industry/corporation that wants Ellydium secrets. Think about it, why would eugene explain to his wife what those weapons of mass destruction do? I don’t think she would very interested. Well, at least every girl I know doesn’t like learning about guns…

This question just hit me: Isn’t this Agnes the mysterious Ms. Summer herself?
