In my opinion HUD should be more immersive … more symmetrical … with vectors rulers , horizont …etc

My guess is that it’s not specific enough. Even though we know what you are trying to suggest, we have to guess as to what you want implemented. So Gekaler wants you to revamp your OP and explain more of what it is you want changed. Don’t write a novel, but clarify and explain in a clear and concise way.

But if it need more explaining than .
In my opinion the current hud is too … DOS like … too static… not immersive enough … unsymmetrical ( the bottom icons weapons and modules for example , for people with little OCD that can be annoying ) .
it would be awesome if HUD ART be more smooth , more compatible with whole game.
More information like AXIS ROTATION . PITCH . HORIZONT . DEGREE . WEAPON RANGE . etc etc and if its art was depending on faction ship

That would increase game experience a lot. The HUD should be a part of your ship … not just some static bars and icons … u should feel it .

Well, it certainly could use improvement. Though I agree that for real play, simplicity is better. I like the idea of having multiple huds, though, that’s an interesting idea.

IF Pilots in real life combat are using huds like this
it must be for a good reason dont u think.
and im not talking about going FULL ANIME on hud i agree that it would be too much

You failed to mentioned that this HUD in real fighters hardly takes up 20-30% of actual cabin.
Minimalism is efficiensy as long as it properly done, while our HUD does lack of some key elements, making it flashy Anime style should not be done.
Having multiple HUD styles is an interesting concept. Maybe the developers can even monetize it selling an HUD for 1,000 GS each.
Having an option to switch back to default would obviously be available.

this is only a concept … and im an artist not game designer . i only give the idea for people who work on this project … cause the current hud is lacking KEY elements for me like Rotation, Axis , X Y Z , angle of inclination , Compass etc etc
probably the best space hud that i saw was in FreeSpace games and Nexus Jupiter Incident … but that will change … with Star Citizen HUD …
and Todays game have the option to turn off and on the parts of your HUD …
this is beautiful for art, and also the style is nice
however, a hud has to be functional. purely cosmetic lines should not be overdone; design is creativity meeting efficiency;
before designing a space combat hud, not only style, but also usability has to be taken care of, as if it were a real world scenario - at least in its own world. the best looking hud looks “overdone”, once it gets in the way or shows irrelevant information. it immediately starts to look like a toy or a doodad.
as concept art for style however, they look awesome. it also shows a lot of citizen influence, a style which i do like.
just a bit… “too much”.

there is no such thing as artificial horizon . I space it is called Astronomical horizon

I think you fail to understand this game. You don’t add things to this game that are only useable in one gamemode. When changes are made to this game, they must cater to every pilot, not just invasion pilots.
The current HUD works perfectly fine for the type of game this is. It gives you a minimap (2-D or spatial), icons for enemy ships as well as objects, speed indicators, energy, shields, hull, everything you need to know in a space shooter.

I can’t say what hud i would prefer, but the one we have is lacking. I often lose my bearing after a few sharp loops and turns, i struggle to know where the enemy is or where the heck is the place i want to go. The icons that tell us where the enemy and stuff are, are easy to lose track of in the heat of the action. The hud is what hold me back currently; i know how to play and how to win, but often get lost or confused and that get me killed way too much. A better hud would greatly help me in this game.

You do realize that Star Citizen is also in a first person perspective. So the HUD can be more realistic.
You are complaining about minor details of this game when there are far more significant problems in the game that have far more priority for the devs.
For instance: the player base is dwindling, the matchmaker has all kinds of problems, etc.
I agree that the HUD could look better, but my point is it works fine and looks decent enough for this game, and there are more important changes that need to be addressed before these small details
