Daily bonus change (new!)

Yeah, getting free stuff is nice and all, but I think that it could be done differently. Better even.

 

Instead of giving players a free container when they log in, require them to play a certain number of battles like in Fractured Space. This will increase people in queue at any given time and would still be doable for players that get losing matches often.

This is not the only change I propose. I also suggest several different “tiers” of rewards for playing daily. Suggested tiers work as follows:

Tier 1: Bronze reward: Play 3 matches in PvP or PvE: Grants either 1 Lucky or 1 Rusty container.

Tier 2: Silver reward: Play 6 matches in PvP or PvE: Grants either 1 Rare or 1 Very rare destroyer part container or 250,000 Credits.

Tier 3: Gold reward: Play 10 matches in PvP or PvE: Grants either 1 Adventurer Pack or 1 Contraband Container or 1 Blueprint or 50GS.

Tier 4: Mystery reward: Play 15 matches in PvP or PvE: Grants either 1 Xeno-Expert bundle or 1 ship part or 1 blueprint or 150GS.

 

Other rewards could be possible, but this would require players to actually play, as well as giving them more worth-while rewards. Battles for each reward would lay over to the next, so if you have 4/6 for the Silver reward you also have 4/10 for the gold, etc.

I dislike your proposal. With the current container for wins, they make a great system for the players.

I dislike your counter. Players don’t get containers for wins. Thy get only one container upon logging in daily. 

With this new system, lazy players would get nothing and players would get in through queues faster because more people would be playing. Not only that but these more varied rewards are much better than the current ones, without being over the top.

Add in T5 rewards, and I’m all in~

Might you demonstrate these? Screenshots? I recall no green question marks. Only the green exclamation marks for ship sending out. And those are irrelevant.

Daily missions for premiums and destroyers.

Those are slightly more relevant, but still have nothing to do with my suggestion.

They work the same way: play a lot of games, get a single bundle. I finish 1 A. Gage mission in about 3 days, not because i lose often, because i get bored from farming games just for the bundle. Going for 20 games in a day would be a “kill me please”…its enough with star marathon tasks. 

EDIT: i forgot we also lost the daily rewards from sectors owned and now you gotta work for them (which i dont unless theres a broker mission unfinished). Yeah, im a lazy pig that is done with “play XX amount of missions”, wheres my click and get reward prize?

Yes but that is what the referenced missions say. My proposed missions are unlike them.

Im not saying your missions are exactly the same as the current ones, but you cant deny they are very similar (in practical means its the same: to win you need to play). The reason why daily rewards upon login are instantaneous and only require to log in, is to incentivate players to enter the game…once inside they might get motivated and think: “now that im here, why not play a short game?”, maybe ending up playing for some hours. If rewards werent that way, many of these players would think something like: “i gotta play lots of games to earn the reward, and i dont want to make any effort right now, lets keep SC closed this time”…and that way SC looses a player from logging in.

And from another perspective, the kind of missions that require to play plenty of games to receive the reward frecuently makes players try to finish them as fast as possible, in example playing Fire support since it can be completed fast, which for other players (like me) suck cause that means they have to play the bloody same map over and over.

Ah gotcha.

I Guess I was just approaching it from my point of view. I play a few games regardlessly. I also do a bit of Fractured Space and love how they do their dailies.

So true that it hurts.

 

The amount of things we have to do everyday on SC is so HUGE that it completely kill any motivation to play. 

OS missions, events, x2 PvP and PvE (+ special loot), it might not looks like it’s a big deal. But it cost already 1 hour everyday.

 

There’s no need to make the daily login reward something you’ll have to grind for. Especially when I play 2 hour per day max, and need to farm OS for those 540 minerals needed for a destroyer.

I mostly play for all the daily rewards, which usually take me like 1-2 hours to complete.

We have no more Tier system oficially in Star Conflict, there’s Ranks for now and we have the rewards for its. Maybe we will add more achivements in the future alongside with more activities.

I really shouldn’t have used the word “tier” as apparently you all still think I am relating it to ranks. I am talking about something completely separate. The rewards will be pbtainable in any rank ship in any rank battle. You may get a tier 3 (gold) reward just as easily in rank 6 ships as rank 15 ships.

Then it basicaly means to add more rewards, if I got it right.
