I have a very important question:what ship class/faction should i work on? I cant decide because i want to work on them all equally. Pls separate your faction/ship class of choice into 2 catergories. One for “worst ships” and another for "best ships for invasion"thx

Federation Command is clearly the best choice.
For invasion you need 2 ships. A fast Recon with cloak and a Mauler. Nothing else.
