Rapid Fire Railgun, Pulse Laser and other weapon are not in the shop anynmore. Also my friend have noticed this. What is wrong?
Nothing, it is intended.
Some T2 stuff is now T3, some Rank 5 requirements are now Rank 6 and so on. There is be some protest on this in the 0.7.5. news thread, feel free to join if you like 
Sometimes i play with other low levels ships but the have weapons that i can’t see or buy in the market. Why some players can use them? For example i have just played against players that have RAPID PLASMA GUN. Those players was of my same level. But i can’t buy the same weapon…
