Warning visual and sound when getting in PvP-PvE

Hello all.

 

I was thinking (yeah sure) and suddenly this idea hit my mind. Why not have a warning/alert/siren whatever you wanna call it when we get into a PvP or PvE match? Just like the one in the trailer

 

 

The warning happens at 0:31

 

Also, because I know there will be people who will like it and who will dislike it, make this a toggleable option maybe?

 

I just find such a thing would be a nice addition to the hangar, and it will let me know that I got into a match while I alt-tab the game to browse the net during queue.

There is a low *boom* once a match starts but it is usually inaudible. Especially if there is music playing. I second the motion.

I hear that boom only with headphones, but neh I want something to make me feel like “PREPARE FOR BATTLE!”

I think the sound effect for battle launch could be improved. It is very quiet for how important it is. At the very least, the sound level of that effect needs to be increased. But a new sound effect would be nice.

In the chat log reader tool from terrorblade you can activate an extra sound you hear when a battles start and its quite loud when you have it at max.volume in Windows(compared to SC which I have at 10)

Well, the purpose of this topic is not to just replace that sound, I’d love to see a visual and a better sound which makes you feel like it’s time for battle!
