From what I saw on a video or on RU forum (don’t remember), he uses double adaptatives and a Galvanized Armor, and compensates the loss of rotation with x3 Vernier Engines.

He took 3313 from a T4 torp if I saw that right. That torp deals 13065 nominal damage, after interceptor and Armadillo damage reduction that melts down to 6898.32, so effective EM resists were 108.22. Damage was spread across shield and hull so my guess would actually be only two adaptives and no galvanized (= 130.8 hull and 75.8 shield resists).
