Simple as suggestion says. When you undock into open space, the dialog “select your ship” should have the same ship selected, as you have selected in hangar, like it was before this dialog was introduced.
If the selected ship is empty in hangar, it can default to the first one.
It is just a small bugfix/enhancement for an annoyance, and to ensure more consistency across the UI. You can therefore quickly press undock again, if you have preselected the right ship, while if not, you can still switch to another ship.
I also thoyght this was annoying. When I hit undock I want to launch, not get faced with another pointless box.

The box is fine as it helps new players. But the addition of current ship being selected would polished it as players fitting ships don’t need to reselect the current ship.

Good day! Thank you for pointing this out but our team believes that having that separated ship selection helps a lot in avoiding any misunderstanding especially for the new players of the game.
