In addition, what you talk about, corporate warfare, is more appropriate to the old system. SecCon has become more like another PvP mode that everyone is able to play. It is not about battles against a specific corp anymore at all. You don’t know who you will fight against. You can fight other corps that attack/defend other sectors or even face opponents that are composed of several squads/solo players, even of different tier. Till this day T3 and T5 can still be mixed while the devs told in patch 1.4.1b that this is not possible anymore. It is not even about winning or losing anymore. You just need to have the points. A matchmaker is now also used in SecCon that makes decisions on how to “balance” the mach. It takes both players and their dreadnoughts into account. So your comment about that devs don’t take “balance” into account in SecCon is totally incorrect.

Yes I would, because even if you lose you still get points for your corporation.

 

And spawning 2 games where both sides fight bots instead, does not make much sense to me in Dread battles.

Then that’s demotivating and for those other new pilots going through same situation like me will simply hate doing dread battles… losing battles for sure still gives you points but it must be fair battles xKostyan not like this  ![:facepalm:](< base_url >/uploads/emoticons/014j.png “:facepalm:”), thats horrible and that will make more people hate dread battles …

“Fair” of corporate warfare defeat the purpose of corporate warfare, this is not just random pvp queue.

The only “Balancing” that should be there is the technology levels (aka tiers).

You know its easy to say all of that when you are in a top corp and honestly I’m pretty sure that Dojo [NINJA] is actually the best corp in the game and I don’t see them bragging about how great they are. You sit back in your old mans rocking chair smoking cigars recruiting anyone that kisses your asphalt and rake in all the reward while doing customs all day.

 

How is it hard for you to look through the eyes of those that ARENT in top corps and still want to have fun? <---- THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD BE REPLYING TOO!

I have nothing against top corps like Nasa or DSX winning all of the time. If win do print ‘You’ve deserved this victory mercenary!’

BUT the rules have to be equal for everybody in a competition. Advantage should be made from good setups and strategies, not gaping holes in balance.

It’s not anyone fault for taking advantage of the new unbalanced ships. It’s the developers for releasing something that breaks the game.

Nasa doesn’t wanna play against bots. The game needs more players. Therefore it’s important to not release things that make people leave.

Perhaps Kosty can be obnoxious, but he is also just baiting people and they fall for it too easily. He’s a heavy masterbaiter. And that’s how PvP works too. There is something to take from that.

 

When they release ships like that, the PvP competition turns into “who can farm PvE the fastest and get the best ship…”…

And that’s not really how any of us, i assume kosty included, finds this most fun.

 

It’s clever to hurry up and get the best gear, but it’s also… hmm whats the word im looking for?LAME… its ‘lame’

 

And it’s everyones fault if you don’t let them know how much the introduced features suck. The P2W model hurts everyone.

 

We don’t wanna play against bots, we want real and fair competition. No mixed tiers.

 

Or else winning doesn’t matter. When people are in T3 ships getting beaten by T4 or T5, it doesn’t hurt their souls. They don’t care if the other team plays well or not. It just doesn’t matter. Nobody felt anything.

 

Now if you do T4 vs T4 with no advantages, the losing team will know they lost because they didn’t do as well as the other team.

 

Agony is a very important part of this game.

I havent seen nasa behave the way these accusations are going, maybe the russians in nasa perhaps since i cant read russian, but i did record a round of sec conquest while being in the teamspeak and its up on youtube, and everyone is super chill not tryharding and super humble and patient (nobody cared when i warned them I could afk at any time since i was waiting on food delivery)

 

so i think me and kostyan included would like some names on those who decided to act superior and being rude because of the nasa title above their head.

 

theres no denying that nasa is full of good players and I personally cant blame nasa’s glory being all about who owns the most ellydium ships, sure theyre rather unbalanced but I dont think most of us intentionally exploits those flaws solely to win and ruin the fun. On my run with the squad we only had one tharga in the group.

 

the only people I know and witness exploit the ellydium ships on purpose is milf’s group. 

 

otherwise nasa used to have pretty big joining requirements (i dont know what they are now) so you could blame nasa for having on average more experienced and progressed players (more full-purple geared ships)

 

but honestly so far all I see is blind hate agaisnt the entirety of nasa just because few of us may be trolling specifically to get this kind of hate for lols?? Idk im speculating, but trust me when I say most english speakers are really welcoming and good people in this corp, and some of the russians make the effort of talking to us and you find out theyre really nice and chill too. So I suggest you keep an open mind for most of us in nasa just trying to have our own fun and we’re happy to let you all in on the fun.

 

joining nasa was the most different thing I expected when I was outside of it, I thought they were scary prestigious people too, and I started asking around whispering each of them if I could join, they told me they would but that I should be asking the leader himself.

 That scared me since I expected them to have all sorts of scary requirements and check ups to see if I was up to it. So i ended up whispering kostyan expecting scary authority only to be invited in and treated like a friend and I fitted right in, having the time of my life. All they asked back then was good pvp experience, and they had a quick glance at my profile and completely ignored their “official requirements” that I was slightly below of.

 

dont let your fears boil your ignorance into hatred, and trust me I was scared and felt powerless agaisnt nasa, but we all lose at some point in life, but we also all win too.
