I am now wishing I Had taken images of a true example of the drone issue.
The real true blue issue is in a general PVP match when there are four drones guarding the engineer in the mode to deplete ship count.
You queue fair ships, and three pilots switch to tackler literally within the last second.
They bumb rush the spawn point and you get to face two or three tacklers an engineer and the boat load of drones on your spawn point.

Cruise tactics isn’t the basic problem. Double drone cruise is troll with cheese.

Anything is smokeable if you are either A) determined enough to do it, and/or B) you are desperate enough to try.
You can’t “create” smokeable sweet rolls.

With this video i am surprised about how many enemies are killed and how fast. Isnt that a Gravibeam, al rather low dps weapon? Yet enemies seem to fall like flies when only looked upon?
The one I used did 3.7k dps with curved reflector and weapon damage in the cap slot. Add the tackler debuff of 34pts resist, the fact that it slows the target so you have more time on the target, and the drones! Not too shabby at all especially since it was mk4. Plus these enemies weren’t the best XD
Played right, the double drones cruise tackler is pretty strong and can kill/annoy/escape from most pilots. Curved reflector nerf of course makes that gravi beam slightly less effective until you get closer. Dropping the big drone in someone’s face is quite effective at getting that 5k EM damage to hit them.

The craftable drones are way more annoying than the tackler’s one in my opinion; in either case though, we waste time killing them while doing no damage to their owners.

Monocrystals are too rare to waste on a consumable, i agree. Yet the drones are awfully common, seem some players either found a way to farm them or they just don’t care about blowing their mono on them. They are not that powerful either, no idea why they ask for an alien thing to build them.
So here we have it, a video of the drone spam at its best!
As many will see, this is no fun game, this is boredom at it’s prime. A waste of playtime.
