I am not sure what this means but our group (H) starts at
August 31st 05:00 AM MOSCOW time
which means August 30, 06:00 PM (18:00) PACIFIC
which means August 30, 09:00 PM (21:00) EASTERN

what was throwing me is there is no such thing as DST as far as my google-f.u can figure out. I think you mean BST - since that time lines up with British Time BST. worldtimebuddy was the site i was using 
So theres no saturday and sunday, just saturday, its just taking into account that russia is a day ahead.

In soviet russia they have all sort of “times” ))
I think they wanted to mean day light saving or something, was very confused with dst as well, so i just look at moscow time and convert myself
They should just list a UTC time since there’s only one UTC time and it can’t really be confused.
