Well as far as I have seen, none of them are insulting, and the fact that they infuriate you is the whole idea behind a taunt. You should take them as a challenge, and when you die, come back in you best ship to go kill the taunter!
Also there already is a toggle: itās called staying alive
I still think this is the best answer. When I die, I get taunted (sometimes). So maybe Iāll justā¦idunnonotdie?
