This game needs a lot more auto fire, and auto tracking weapons.
Plasma that trail and follow targets to kill them.
Turrets that will automatically track and fire with 100% accuracy
Missile based weapons
The principle of the recons weapon is good, but its range needs to be buffed to 5-6k, and it needs to be extremely accurate.
All tracking weapons should do 10-20% less damage then main weapons.
Primary manual fire weapons should also reduce all resistances by 10.
This should balance out the game between auto and manual fire, and it will allow the less skilled people to have a chance, and will subsequently stay as a result of it.
This is not planned. The victory in battle should always depend on skill and tactics, not on money or an automated system that does the work for you.

Hi man, I like what you are saying. We need to make sure PVE scores are balanced for every participant who really tries to score. Some say newbies need to learn but my Dad and I started at the same time and he frags what he says is too much even for him at his age.
New targeting system for the PC and key board and mouse is needed, I like your idea but hope it works more for PVE and not become abusive for PVP.
If anything, this game need LEES autoaim… There is already too much of this xxxx.
PVE is not about your efficiency score but winning and looting at the end. You want to score? Take a guard with pulsar and have fun.
Protips : PVE and PVP builds are not the same!
