Tooltip: Deploys a small multipurpose buoy in space that effects a 900m radius around it. It deals 150 EM/s to enemies and enemy structures, heals 100 shield pts/s for allies, and blocks the radars of any enemy in range for 20 seconds.
I see this being used as a tactical module that is placed in front of a destroyer or next to a cloaked LRF while attacking them so they can’t see you or your allies. This would also be super useful for tight-spinning dogfights, as the enemy would constantly be coming in and out of the field and be forced to leave it to effectively dogfight. The minor damage and healing is more my idea of a 1:2/3 shield siphoning idea. It just seemed like a static-y thing to have.

Seems clear to me, 20 seconds is the duration of the buoy and all ship class can use it. It’s multipurpose.
Meh, people would just use it in defense as a healing and area denial station. We already have many active mods like this, and considering the fact you are making it a multipurpose module, you are potentially giving static defensive capabilitive to ships that are by definition offensive.
The damage and healing is minor though, but I see where you’re going. It looks more like a CovOps module or other inty module for sneak attacks.

There are multipurpose modules for destroyer class suppressor. Other classes of destroyer can’t use them.
Second multipurpose of a shipclass can’t be used on other. For example Rep Kit L can’t be used on fighter/inties.

Wrong. Multipurpose explains everything, seeing as I put no other restrictions in the type description. A plain “Mtipurpose” module can be used on literally anything.
A “Suppressor Class Multipurpose” module can only be used on destroyers. A “Frigate Multipurpose” module can only be used on Frigates, etc.
