Dread travel shouldn’t cost iridium, but some form of readily obtainable fuel. Possibly mined from invasion.
Like how will iridium make your ship move? Vaporizing it and flinging the molten metal out the back???

Are there plans to allow players to use their dreadnought as a dock once they have captured a location? and be able to undock in your controlled sector? or will we have to fly from a main race station to access our controlled sector?
from homeport/dock to attacked sectors for now, soon they will have corp docks (T4?) for the dread…
Ahh, I think we have some crossed wires here, hence the confusion lol. I was talking about flying your regular ships through open space.
Oh i see, same for normal ships. Nothing had changed in the open space and as for the locations you can visit them, even captured once. However some of them are dangerous and you can get attacked there and others are safe. Same rules apply.

Perhaps iridium is used to buy the actual fuel, not used as fuel as is. Who can tell

Iridium is a substance which ship’s fuel is made of, ie. oil - petrol.

It’s the year of 4617 and they are more primitive than in 2015.
Hard to believe, but we should have an alternative, if we don’t want to use any Iridium, especially if we would only want to jump for one to three sectors and not more.
Iridium is an elemental metal. Not an oil. :I
Who runs the realism department here?

In real life yes, however, please keep in mind the fact that it is an online game and its just the name for resourse. Stay on the topic please
Hello, do you have this image in 1080p resolution? It will be a gorgeous wallpaper!
Did you improved something “text” related? ‘Cause they seem much more glossy now. And this is a good thing, i like it but i have some graphic glitch now on the map (i’ m about to make a bug report about it, don’t even start with the “please compile etc etc” thinghy :P)
Stuff
THANKS!!!

Looks great! 1080p - HD quality.
Too bad that we do not see an Octopus or Caltrop, but this will have to do.

Can’t wait to try all the new stuff!
JamesTaggart, on 23 Apr 2015:
I am talking about:
Level 1 corporations (maximum number of pilots — up to 20 ) can support no more than one attack at a time
Level 2 corporations (maximum roster from 21 to 30 pilots) can support no more than 2 attacks at a time
Level 3 corporations (maximum roster from 31 to 40 pilots) can support no more than 3 attacks at a time
Level 4 corporations and higher (maximum roster 41 pilots and more) can support no more than 4 attacks at a time
This structure is pretty weird. Given the build cost, it seems unlike that any corp that small can actually build and operate a dread (at least not without HUGE effort). So, basically all Corps that CAN actually afford a dread will have 4 attacks anyway.
With “perpetually disdvantaged due to delayed build” I mean:
Corp A has T3 Dread on Day 0
Corp A has improved Dreadnought (Modules etc.) on Day 15
Corp B has T3 Dread on Day 20 = Corp B disadvantaged vs. improved Dread of Corp A
Corp A has further improvement Dread on Day 30 = Corp B is at further disadvantage
Corp B has improved Dreadnought (Modules etc.) on Day 35 = Corp B still disadvantaged vs. further improved Dread of Corp A
and so on, it does not seem to be possible to “catch up” with Corp A if both keep improving at the same rate.
Until everything is maxed out, which wil probably take quite some time,it seems that Corp B will always be at a disadvantage vs. Corp A, simply because they were a few days late.
This is a concern of mine as well as we are a week or a week and a half behind and a smaller corp.
Sooo… Dreadnought is ready… But why the dreadnought of my corpration still looks like stage 3 on the Shipyard?
So when the zones say “Battle in 19:00”, does that mean the battle occurs at 19:00 my time? or does it mean that the battles occur in 19 hours?

Maybe because you haven’t finished the construction.
Or maybe your CEO started building some modules.

There is a news post with the UTC times.
Once again here is the time for the start of Dreadnought battle
