Yeah nerfing the credits in Invasion really made this the worst patch thus far for me. I would like the trophies back to its original value, but right now i would already be happy with them getting some sort of value increase because their current worth is a joke. The dreadnaughts would maybe have softened the blow for me, but seeing availability to those are very limited as well (non-existent for a lone wolf player like myself), the whole patch is just ‘’‘meh’’ for me.
This seems more like a patch for corps/endgame players and to keep anyone below that just grinding away even longer.

I’ll believe it when i see it, to this day i’m still surprised there was zero advertising when the game went out of beta and Invasion got released to everyone (here i thought Mechwarrior Online had little advertising
). The only advertising i heard about in recent time was that there was a Star Conflict booth at Gamescom 2014, but tbh that money and time/effort could’ve better be spent on something like Steam, maybe get some front page time and have the DLC on 50% sale at the same time, i would go so far to even put the 2 most expensive dlc’s at 75% off because they’re so expensive.
To at least end with a positive note, i do like the fact that it seems there’s more going on in the background in Invasion then beforehand with just some asteroids and whatnot floating in the background.

I also think that loot worth 7k credits taking up a cargo space is a waste (unless it is a resource), these should go straight to account.
This. I would think they would’ve gotten rid of stuff like "Software Units’’, not increase the amount of trophies that are barely worth anything even for T1-T2 players.
Well the patch seemed really fun the begining.
But invesion is completly broken atm.
Loot is worthless,the old sectors are overpopulated by enemies,Predators spawn a unlimited amount of unhitable drones and solaris wastland is unplayble.
I used to love go around with friends doing the Invesion dailies but at this point there is no reason to play at all when 2 inquisotors can be completly annihilated by a Predestor and 2 hunters with 16 dranones.

I found something else that now sucks - warp gates cancelling when you are in them. Not sure if it has anything to do with the fact I was statis gen’d once in one but the rest also kicked me out after 0.5s.
So while I’ve gotten a bit more towards dreadnoughts I have also gotten: Loss of DLC bonuses and crap warp gates…it’s bad enough that they cannot code one to work if you are carrying a forward vector through a circular plane…that could not be hard to code yet you still end up ghosting through them…

You can now cancel your warp at any point by strafing. If you enter the warpgate while strafing, it will not warp you. Not sure why it wasn’t in the patch notes.
That’s a bit of a crap given I have to strafe just to get the thing in there due to ping…

At this point I don’t even trust the patch notes anymore. Economic changes are NEVER on the notes, on top of small but noticeable changes like the warp game mechanics.
And if they had to allow cancelling gate warp i don’t see why it couldn’t be afterburner (Shift) instead of strafe. To hell with consistency right?

I got very high lag spikes on the EU server and slowmotion effect of 20%-25% of the normal game speed!
What was strange, that FPS was still showing 60FPS and 33 ping and 0% packet loss!
Is this indicator even reliable?
It was horrible!

well the slow motion wasnt that bad it’s supper easy to aim on slow motion and enemies dont have enough time to dodge xD
looking good and the dreads looks awesome, but ofc im a bit disapointed to see that dreadnoughts only realy will be for corps…no pvp or pve games with new AI dreadnought battels.why not sector/beacon battels in invasion mode? i still cant use my mats on anything worthwile cus of your limiteted special projects, whats the point of grinding daly missions with no goal in the end… its still impossible to que 3+ pilots in any tier, if you are 2pilots its almost instant, cuse of the kinderkarden matchmaking…still no queing for raids, so if u are not in a very active corp thats off limit to. thats sadly leaves me with nothing to do in your fine space sim…not even a mode with unlimited waves of aliens…
