Has anyone noticed any more ninja changes besides the invasion loot nerf?

when you log on each day and collect your resource, you get less than normal. Dafuq.

To be honest i didn’t pay attention to my loots (i do have that DLC bonus) but i did see multiple mentions of that issue, so it is fairly common.

 

Yep i had it, relogging solved it for me.

How will a SQ battle go?

 

Will there be a time window for the battles as before or any corporation can be attacked by any other corporation any time? (no more 'any’s)

 

If no one is around to defend the dread, Will the battle just go until the dread is damaged and retreats?

 

How are we going to know if the sector we own is under attack?

 

Can anyone jump in to defend from a corporation or only those can do SQ who are garrisoned there?

Semaphorism - Yes, we currently got read of exploit, because some players used game’s bugs to get more profit, which was unfair to others.

JamesTaggart - small corporations won’t die. You can farm, however required to have 10 pleayers with rank 9 or above

So as I see, corporations can equip dreadnoughts the same way as any other ship. E.g. we could decide what to build in our dread like by the modules and modifiers.

Must been a year ago since i was here, MotherShip is BACK! (maybe) our [CORP] kinda was erased when me and karma left drdeath who was just being xxxxx and was only thinking of recruiting a bounch of lower leveled players to keep up 150/150 players.

 

but annyway, i have been waiting for this. noticed the 1.6gb download and had to check it out. not that im too much interested as for 1 year ago it was insanely hard to obtain a few houndred iridium on ur own. here we talk 40-50 games, tier 5. u could maybe obtain 5-10 artifacts or something in a tier 5 game if lucky. and now you guys did this on purpose to keep people paying for the game so when old players are back they really have “nothing worth of iridium” 

bad way of doing things really. now im stuck with nothing to help out on the iridium part.

 

annyway gonna check this out and i got a feeling the dreadnoughts are not properly been finished yet since the construction of each stage takes 7 days, that means confirmed 4 weeks before one actually is able to appear and i never saw any pictures of any dreadnought so im pretty sure im right.

 

maybe we meet again, kinda dislike the open world here cause everyone kinda did and now they removed the player counter since it vent so low i guess. hope its still tier 5 players out there.

do you want to fail this game? A not really working matchmaking system, a PvE environment that is now so harsh and has so little use that it’s questionable why it’s there, no endgame content (seriously, T5 PvP is abandoned), endless amount of grinding because credit gains where directly nerfed and now you ripped out the last and only bit of endgame content there was (Sector conquest) and replaced it with…4 weeks of waiting for questionable content that just got a lot less interesting.

 

You should really overthink where you are going with this game and how you communicate those goals with the community.

 

And that Alien story arc is getting old. Especially because player actions don’t have any influence on how many alien attacks there are.

Dreadnoughts are really a big thing, so i know it’s hard to balance all the stuff, but i do hope we’ll have teh chance to pilot them :wink: as everyone exepect…

Invasion

 

At least they gave me some nice time…

From reading the patchnotes, till finding out what you did to Invasion, I felt great.

I really used to enjoy farming in Invasion-Mode:

earning some money / ressources, sometimes a nasty guy, who wants to kill you, or whom you’d like to end his presence…

Relaxing game mode if you’re just not in the mood for teamplay.

And just got me the scanner…

 

PVE was already a bore and now Invasion makes absolutely no sense anymore.

Waste of time.

 

That’s like 50% of the game is lost.

 

 

Dreads

 

What a risky way to finally introduce them.

We have to chose one (if we want to participate in the race), before we know enough about it’s characteristics and the battle mode .

Just wait for the shitstorm from the corps disappointed by their dreads and wasted iridium. And the rewards, why don’t you tell us what it’ll be right from the start?

 

But I guess you have spent enough time on balancing the dreads, so everybody will be happy!?

Well i expect it will be fine somehow.

 

But that still doesn’t compensate for Invasion.

Like giving a child a new toy, but breaking it so it’s no fun to play.

 

Would be nice, if you’d at least explain what’s your intention in those changes rigth in the patchnotes, or even better in advance so the community can discuss that stuff!

Leviathon is in research facility

The gates to Otherworld are in Outpost (Jericho) and Ontregos Pass (Empire).

The gates to Inverter are in Abandoned Outpost (Jericho) and Ice Pits (Federation).

The only gate to Leviathan, like alex said, is in Research Center (Federation).

 

On another note, I have to agree with Koromac, the spatial scanner is obsolete now. 99% of the loot you get from mysterious containers is credit loot with a max value of like 150k per drop or building parts (screened batteries and processing blocks). Of the remaining 1%, .05% of that is pirate blueprints, .03% is iridium, and the last .02% are mk5 blueprints. (These are rough estimates). This makes it not worth even bothering to look for blueprints anymore. You’d have to spend hundreds of hours just to find 1 or 2 blueprints at this rate.

This patch better not be a taste of future changes. Invasion is pointless with the changes, pvp still takes forever, pve is just boring. What is the priority? Content(which hasn’t been explained, just added to the game)? And the daily rewards are a joke, not even worth logging in every day any more.

I think invasion loot needs to be upped a bit, granted there are more aliens = more drops now, but currently the ~10% of what it used to be is too much.

 

I also think that loot worth 7k credits taking up a cargo space is a waste (unless it is a resource), these should go straight to account.

It has close to 0 value now.  I already heared about the crappy loot and saw some of the nice aliens for the little players in the starting maps while doing my Monocrystals but this is a joke

Drop chance for something good in mysterious containers seems to be at 1% loot from enemys seems to be complete garbage now killed about 100 cyber/smuggler/transports in rank 10 sector today to take a look and the best i got was 40k credits and 3 kristall shards

Aand suddenly bios with the nice little weak predators invade the map not that the never ending stream of cybers that give me about 4 seconds time from killing one group to meeting the next group would be enough to play with xD

You can get all 8 using a GS research booster, if that helps. ^^

And along the lines of testing and otherwise making sure the updates won’t completely ruin certain game modes like this one did, I am happy to volunteer as tester~

i believe that this is improvement but The dreadnaughts are not so correct.  i think as Russians do , that the dreadnaughts should be built by the responsible large corporations like CCCP, IGOD ETC   smaller corps can come and help  form good relations. even to, in time, build own stations.

We are after all diplomatic in our efforts to form factions within factions and to come to the point where intrique may be a traitor or spy may worm into these Corporations and cause such damage that Corporations will die and new ones will form.

The Bios are as ive been told only people on the other side someday we will see heir cities and operations to be able to maim and destroy…
