I am sorry, but for a player like me, this sounds like a really bad joke, coming from the 1st of April. April’s fools day!

I gain nothing and I have everything.

Give me something, what I do not have, like those 2 missing blueprints in my workshop.

 

I am sitting on 670000000 credits and I got over 36000 artifacts and almost 1500 monocrystals, not to mention almost maxed vouchers, almost full cargo space (warehouse needs more space), etc.

A lot of unused mark IV upgrade kits from T3 - T5 is in my armory.

Of course, I can only sell them, which would be extremely stupid, but I would get far more from selling one T3 mark IV item or kit in credits, than I would get for sending my fully snyergised T3-5 mark IV equipped ships, on a mission for 7 days!

The best option is to salvage T5 mark IV upgrade kits and you can clearly get the most resources from one salvaged kit, than the promised reward by literally almost one hundred times, so to speak, but you even get way more “common” items, than “uncommon” or "unique.

 

50000 credits and some random “common” loot, which I can just buy/upgrade/salvage in a minute, if not less, from mark II and mark IV upgrade kits, I receive in PVP/PVE  and it’s not even “comparable” to rewards faction is willing to pay me.

I can get 1M or 375000 (light cell or thermal cooling unit) very quickly. Usually around 3-5 minutes in Invasion with my spatial scanner.

I can get around 700000 for T5 PVE daily mission and a purple loot in 10-15 minutes.

Why would I want to receive 10000 times less income and wait for a period of 7 days, if I wish this mission to be completed?

 

To be frank, what I want from those missions is:

 

  • free synergy packages of multiple categories (minimum of 50000 to max 500000 free synergy)

  • loyalty vouchers rewards (minimum 25000 - maximum 250000, depends on the faction mission)

  • already crafted/made tier 3 - tier 5 mark IV - V weapons

  • tier 5 mark V unobtainable blueprints you need (you can select which ones)

  • an option to obtain a free spatial scanner from tier 3 - tier 5, depending on the risk of the mission

  • free crew slot as a reward

  • monocrystal blueprint - WHERE IS IT? I can’t find it! Patch 1.06 said it was “fixed”. How?

  • tier 3 - tier 5 Targetting Coprocessor blueprint - Where is it? I cant find it!

  • GS currency (50 minimal - 500 maximum)

 

And the consequences, if you fail the mission, of course.

In my opinion, well prepared ships should never fail the mission, no scripted fails, unless, if you were sloppy and you did not reach certain % for success of the mission.

100% should always be reachable, but with a fully equipped ship and mark IV items.

If that would not be possible, you could always get a distress call, then you would send another patrol to prevent the failure or at least keep a portion of resources.

This system could have been like 20 times better.

 

Good news is: IT CAN BE. The other question is: WILL IT BE?

We can suggest, but only, if you will listen and implement a vastly improved system, which corresponds with what we would really like, then you will show us, that YOU CARE.

Sounds like a fairy tale now?

P.S.:

 

This very simple interface reminds me of Assassin’s Creed much better interface, where you could send your fellow Assassins to stop the Templars, to get certain rewards or even unlockables.

If you failed, there were consequences.

Fully exiting game helped me to get the missions.

erm, why would you need a blueprint above tier 3 for that? i hope u know they were never removed there

it just hit me- the patch must be waiting for it to be “Tomorow” to roll out the new missions… 
i had just logged out when i came here, and i just went and logged in- new missions on the right edge of my screen. 
 

Koro, prefacing your complaints by telling us all you have more than you’ll ever need is a really bad way to win an argument.

 

I for one do NOT have everything I need, let alone want. I have ONE T5 ship with a blue lineup, and no T6 ships at all. I’m not even close to getting one. I am at or close to the endgame, but I still have progression to be made, and I do not see any value in this proposed ‘content’ from that perspective; it won’t help credit grind because credit grind stopped being an issue two tiers back. It won’t help with loyalty and iridium grind because it doesn’t give those rewards. It won’t help with material grind because the timescale is too long and the amounts too small. I could just do one Monocrystal mission PER WEEK and I’d get more reward than these farming missions.

wait- how does everyone know what the rewards schedule going to be like? 
the images posted earlier in the thred? those might just be a sample of what the mini game drops over time and over different levels.

here is the very first mission i recieved - 

can’t send them cause i stripped them of all their gear with i set them into storage. 
gotta go fly my main ships r6 to earn the cash to buy weapons and gear back in the ships for this very first mission! lol

For new mission players don’t have to do any effort than sending useless ships but  the 5-7 days mission are really very lengthy  :fed014:

Yeah… Funny how they don’t seem to have much problem plugging the holes with the economy when players can abuse it to get around grind (Invasion Dupe Glitch, Manufacturing Glitch), yet other bug fixes (Adaptive Shield Bug, Booster Repurchase Bug, Ship Repair Bug) took several patches to fix or are still broken…

These new missions give far too little reward. The 7 day missions give a max anywhere from 50k to 80k, and that is if you put enough max-synergy, all purp ships in to get 100% of the reward. The 2-day missions are a joke as far as credits go (9k or 10k max), and the materials given by the 2-day missions are nice, but aren’t nearly enough to make it worth it. If all the materials listed were to be guaranteed, the 2-day missions would almost be worth doing. I say just get rid of the credit reward from the 2-day missions and only give materials, and maybe double the amount of the materials, and it would give all of the materials listed.

 

The new missions need to give more significant rewards to actually let players do them. Currently, I am only doing the 2-day missions to get more materials to help build the Mjolnir, but it is barely worth it to do the Forward Fleet missions.

I wonder how many missions I can do simultaneously…I have 4 going right now ;) 

All in all i like the idea of the forward fleet assignments…

 

It’s just the beginning and i’m sure devs will implement it in a better way. Sure atm that stuff is not really appealing (haven’t start any of the new missions yet) but let’s wait a bit… I do hope they will put rare material as rewards in those missions as soon as possible… But the idea of having a farming fleet is indeed pretty amazing to me… It opens the way for a loooot of new addons to the game :wink:

 

Thios game has and always had so much potential… Balancing is nearly perfect atm (just something to do with ints and ecm imho). If they will put efforts in developing contents and advertising from now on this is going to be an amazing game :wink:

Let’s see…people can now earn money by simply sending unused ships for automated mission and they still have a reason to complain? Jeez

Most people have ships that they don’t use anymore…if you can earn money from them instead of them just eating dust, why not? What’s there to cry about?

Do share, then. Because, from what I’ve seen, sending a couple ships for a WHOLE WEEK for the rewards you get within 15 minutes… It’s not worth the hassle.

You can do that every day, so in the end every day will give you rewards. I have 150 ships I don’t use, and it will be good to put them in use for a change.

 

Or you can just ignore the missions and keep playing. Nobody forces you to accept them.
