as with the GS crews, it could be that they do it like with other things for early adopters and come with credits later. they have done it with other stuff like that.
I would not mind GS for convenience features like instant-sets, but i was sad to kiss some euros goodbye just to have a feature, that seems somewhat vital for competition.
I overall like how the idea was implented. It is nice you can set up your crews and switch the slots. But I certainly dont like the GS aspect.
At least one additional implant crew should be unlockable for everyone, before they hit T3.
I had no problems with self healing; albeit the healing rate should have degraded over time, or being interrupted by incoming damage, so that supercooled charges didnt make you a focus fire brick around a roid. also other ideas would have been to give resistance problems while you self healed, self healing actually not ignoring your own resistance, etc. to make it mostly viable if you were positioned far away enough. there is still the possibility to use two engies shooting each other. however meeting unbreakable teams where the styx healed up no matter how much damage was incoming was ridiculous, too. At the same time, engies are either scarce or over abundant in pvp.
by wasting so much energy to implement new GS sinks, you waste precious time to implement things into this game which would enrich it further and help its popularity.
more transparency and closer ties to your community could give not just yourself new power, but also make the comments on the forum more reliable.
I see much cheaper, smaller products succeed in much bigger ways, where the devs keep in touch with their most loyal fans, and also explain harsh decisions; funny, how in those communities, big changes are accepted with much less turmoil, just because there is a voice talking.
I would still look at some core gameplay aspects, which might be expandable or changeable to make the game perfect, to battle dynamics like spawn camp runs (which is just low, and the current respawn dynamics make it almost too easy). Come on, there is much more potential in this game!
