How does that feel energy wise? Empire gunships aren’t very energy stable but that ship has pretty decent energy stats. Also maybe Cheetah 2 would do better than Gigas 2 there considering the already insane resistances?

It has 166 energy regen with no capacitor at syn10 vs 142 AB consumption with F7 implant, so it doesn’t get better than that :D, on top of that capacitor volume is already at almost 2x of what lightbringer has, so yeah, even if you get a capacitor slot, you aren’t going to use it for energy. It looks like Russian ESBs prefer 1 capacitor slot on this ship and they fit EB into it… well w/e is rocking their boat i guess.

There are 2 weaknesses that I noticed so far,

  1. Hitbox is indeed larger, btw that is why it was compensated with more hull points (according to devs)

  2. It is “exclusive” ship, every one want to kill you just for the sake of it.

 

Keep in mind that still you can do more dmg on lightbringer due to 3x CPU and 1x Capacitor, i just chose to go more of utility tanking route rather than pure dps.

That crymary "monster’ popped within seconds last night, John/Milf can tell you a better story. obviously crymary blames the lag.

Look, Its an AMAZING rise for the game! But needs a lot of improvement.

Free flight on the out space can bring thousands ideas, and I hope this project grow up much more. But Unfortunally, people are completly lost.

I know that there are certly things that can’t be spoiled, but at least the basic should be worked on a “help section”.

Also I hope find more dinamics maps further, new secrets, new discoverys, new enemys, wichh I think would make this game more famous. Perhaps some day, the result of such extended map can be reference for other games or even RL subjects.

Am I the only one bothered by the in-game announcement stating that Gaijin will be awarding pilots who give the best reviews on Steam with 500 GS?

 

In my experience, that kind of promotion doesn’t usually encourage honesty. And new players just starting the game and seeing that announcement might very well start questioning the integrity of the company, especially if they decided to try the game based on one of these ‘reviews’.

Anyone who has even the slightest sense of honesty will give a positive review about graphics, flight mechanics, ship modification possibilities…  Even if they don’t mention balancing issues or progression difficulties, this game deserves every positive review it can get!  Hell, I might even go make one since I can’t play atm!

 

And if anyone makes a review saying that the population is too low, then they are stupid.  This problem will be solved by positive reviews!

I can Garantee you that flying a guard with the “Devs Helper” tittle is funny as hell in T3. xD

Looks more like a turreted Gunship, with range those assaults must reach 4000 m and deal quite a punch. Still too big for my tastes, suffers the same than the piranha. But with command and engi support might be a powerhouse.

So that’s why it’s taking 15 seconds to swap out a module in the hangar. Also explains why I can’t launch to Open Space and get timed out.

 

Too bad we can’t see the exact number of the community’s growth, since the player count was censored…

And now seriously.

Why the stuff which nobody is complaining about getting changed, while the important things (A1MA, Some Bugs, MM) don’t or slow get changed.

Introduce new stuff is a part of a game, if too many players complain just follow their points and fix it.

Then develope new stuff.

Change stuff which nobody is complaining about is not nessecary, it just creates complains and don’t make it easier. For no one.

If you devs would follow you’re players suggestions & hints we could live & play perfectly together with less complains & problems. I don’t get the problem there.

Everyone complaines about RT… Energy consumption increased, players felt insulted and complain more. RT got really nerfed, good job.

A1MA was overpowered it still is, but anyway, you devs listened. Now just remove this module and you get a cookie.

Boosters were perfect. Everyone was happy. They were not overpowered, not expensive.

Now you only have one, for insane prizes.

Long Range Frigate

Players: The Reverse Thruster is way too overpowered, nerf it!

Dev: Can’t understand, let’s translate.

With the new RT Long Ranges are balanced again. Even with the old disintegrator damage…

Economy:

Players: 40k for changing stations, that’s cheap.

Devs: Cheap? Oh well, this could be changed.

Result: 200000 credits for changing contracts / stations, also for newbs.

The new craftable ships

Dev1: Seems like they think the invasion is boring & grinding is annoying.

Dev2: I’ve an idea, let’s create ships which have Uber-Grinding-Requirements, the players hate that.

Dev1: Exactly, and then introduce some packages to buy with resources inside, they will buy them several times to get the ship, of course it will cost GS.

Dev2: Great, but also create a salvage system for Mk2/3 items, they don’t should feel that it’s P2W.

Dev1: Right then, let’s go!

(Probably it didn’t happened like this, but for me it seems like a realistic story.)

But i understand, individual ships are great, so i don’t complain in this point. The grind requirement is still weird.

Hiding sad aspects of the game (player amount, ongoing matches) will probably not help as far as there are huge server problems.

Just listen to the player’s opinion and everything will be great.
