Regarding events, you guys really need to make a better effort on it. You make good advertisement for events, but bad execution. And your English speaking community could not care less for your twitch streams if they are all in russian and poorly executed. Nobody understands xxxx. You need to hire someone that can speak bloody English and can actually manage the organisation.
