Wells guys, just tried 4 matches with my t4 grizzly guard⌠I died couple of times in three of them. So do not worry about guard coz the increased shield boost CD is really a massive nerf. And pulsar nerf is huge too lol Build must be reworked now tanking shields like crazy is mandatory I suppose. Coz once u loose them big problems arriving lol
You now know why no one plays federation for any other ship class than fast gunship.
Mostly people complaining about prices, kaspersky flagging the game update as a trojan and being weirded out by the balance.

Most of the top players are pretty much banned there by now, as any attempt to argue about balance there basically leads to âyouâre trying to misrepresent devsâ intentions, have a banâ action.

Russians are actually far more pissed about the change than we are. We have our funkybacons who love their frigs. They have a whole lot less of them and their funkybacons are actually open to logical arguments, unlike ours who claim logic is âclose mindedâ.
At this point, being in sensor range of one counts as âit trying to engage youâ which means that he deserves to win. Heâs a god frigate after all. Or as funkybacon put it today, a raid boss. And if you aggro a raid boss, you should have a party together to fight it or be ready to die horribly.

Lets remind that the CD for those emergency shield booster is massively bigger. So at least once u got their shields down, they are down.

TNeo got permanently banned over it today. I had something like five temp bans, as has maximum997. Essentially if you want to talk about balance there, youâd better thread carefully so they canât throw rulebook at you for âmisrepreseting devs intentionsâ and whatnot.

However atm the Engineer Frigates can´t use their Attack drones which can fly to targeted units on their own cause they fly 2 seconds stop and fly then for another 2 seconds⌠so even an guard frigate of Jericho is faster then such an Attack drone lol.

What the new HUD belongs i´m still working on finding the perfect settings for playing. Sometimes i have really problems now to find another target cause i don´t even see it⌠i need to say that the infotext is an bit to unclear what which option does change or affect and so it is more an try and error system before every player will find his perfect settingsâŚ

And last but not least the theme of Loyality Vouchers. On the one side i find it good that you need them for Upgrading the Items and stuff but on the other side i find it problematic cause you need to change the factions several times to equip 1 ship to an full MK 3 version. Here i would have found it much better to fuse all the âsub-factionsâ to the race they are belong to. In the end they where needed in 1st time for the line of the ship you wanted to play, then for unlocking the items⌠well and now for upgrading them. Instead of that the Sub-faction now count for some items it would be much better if the race itself count for an Module line. As example Empire Vouchers for Passive Modules, Federation for Active Modules and Jericho for Weapons, Ammunition and Rockets. You still need so to change the Factions every few days but you don´t need to change in the subfactions too just for an single item which you miss in your ship.
The devs are going to ignore all the posts about balance unless the statistics can back it up too. If you really want something nerfed then you need to do what you think is op as much as you can until its fixed.
So right now if you want them to fix the mass inhibitor then you need to fly a guard with that module and score as much assists as you can.

Totally agree with that. Atm the drones are not even able to follow own ship, not talking about attacking anything.
I hope its a bug and will be fixed very soon, otherwise Engeneers becomes useless.

Worth noting that moderation on english forums is quite sane. I was talking about russian mods though, who are much less inclined towards sanity. Bans for âmisrepresenting devsâ point of viewâ are common there.

You do understand that you are now in breach of 3.2 and 3.7 parts of the forum rules?

We do not want to effect this, but sometimes it is necessary.
I am hugely dissapointed, because the full HUD has been changed⌠now that sucks as I was used to the one before and 1. It was more appealing. 2. It was really good and now I cannot even see what is going on it is all messy.

For the other parts - faction reputation is now a mess too. The game became even more Pay to Win, as you need to amass a HUGE amount of rep to update all your stuff⌠takes forever now and people who pay will have a massive advantage. If this is what was intended well, good job, but this will turn away a lot of players in my opinion.

Autobuy / repair does not work. I spent countless hours to unlock the reputation levels for higher tier ammo and now I can only buy tier 1⌠greatâŚ

Sorry to be so negative, I know you guys are trying to make this game awesome (and so far you did an awesome job), but other than increasing the squad cap no real positives for this patch.
