Standard/common builds for Kinetic weapons is R6 Jericho implant for projectile speed (those that run r6 Feds aren’t screwed that bad), r6 jericho doesn’t make sense for lazers, and plasmas already do have native 75% crit dmg instead of 50% so it is only Kinetic weapons. So if your critical dmg bonus is less than 66.66% every critical hit will do LESS dmg than non critical hit to HULL that has armadillo, considering that Rails have native 7% crit chance +people fit Infrareds here and there - you ended up with 20-30% critical chance and 50% critical dmg, in fact your average dps is getting LOWER with each extra crit you get shooting into armadillo hull.

It’s Jericho LRF, not cruise missile.  Maybe instead of pilot controlled it’s be an uncontrolled missile.

 

Covert ops getting something like combat reboot, but maybe also affecting microlocator as well.

 

Some kind of change for captains, maybe games played, maybe DSR, maybe squads are a factor.

 

Sounds like a coil mortar misfire fix.

Seems that drones or micro locators wont make your chameleon go on cooldown

The story said something about the “veto” put by the Jericho Family on the Guided Torpedo. So they wanted to do it on the cruise missile

 

And The adaptive shield will not require anymore the “speed” mechanics but will be less effective.

So are the players on Russian forums totally friendly to the devs and welcome every change and don’t care about removed features and bugs that haven’t been fixed?

No but if people going ape nut xxxx they get banned right away and stupidity is deleted, over time people got use to be more or less constructive for positive and negative feedback. On top of that there are way more people actually understanding this game on Russian forums than whole population of English forums.

Afaik they are news, not rumors. As any new they are not totally accurate but they are indeed worth reading.
