Interesting, two pulse dischargers + 3 cpu infrareds + empire R2 implant means about 1400 DPS gauss with 75% critic chance.

 

Although negative energy regeneration…

 

Almost the same build I have in my Sword AE. BUt the sword have one hull and onle less cpu, so you can put a passive armor and have positive energy regeneration, while only losing 10% critical chance.

 

I feel like the panther is still better because is more speedy, but this one as a turret tackler looks nice.

Going over 50% on a Gauss or Positrons is kinda defeating the purpose of the gun.

That is the reason I use Fed R2 implant and a overclocked CPU on my sword for a total of 45% with critic ammo :slight_smile: But I was trying to max out.

Yep. From what i know when you charge the gun you get crit chance also. 

So how do these bundle discounts work ?

It said it was discounted to 1999, and I was like “wtf, 1999 for only the sticker? I have all the ships already”, and then I clicked on buy and it said it cost 199.

I already have ALL the ships, from all FOUR current bundles.

 

Are you really wanting an exta £10GBP for the “unique aerography” ?

So many times found myself in a full random squad vs 2-3 two men squad…Finally this crap is fixed…It was awful with few ppl online…This will make MM more balanced… If u can’t get a match in a 2 men squad (difficault coz there always many online) just cue solo till more players are online…What’s the problem? Was it too nice farming in squad vs randoms? Not possible anymore? Deal with it!

2 men squads are not a balance problem, except if they are very good players. And if they are very good players it won’t matter if they have a random 2 men squad in front.

No, the problem is, this is not the solution for the problem. The problem was: 2-3 squads on one side, 0 on the other. The good solution would have been: distribute the squads as evenly as possible, making a maximum of 1 difference in number of squads.

 

But you can’t fix skill.

False and u know it… If squad is on TS (always happen) it’s a huge advantage on random and solo players and you know. Squad vs squad is perfect MM, and the way it should always be… What’s the problem in facing other squad if you r playng in squad too… :dntknw: ? or the problem is that you r going to be in a perfectly balanced match, finally? Do you want balanced matches or easy wins?

No, we can’t. I’m fed up with Q times, and because of so much crying, now Q times are higher.

 

Before this patch a squad of 2 didn’t have malus (we had to split our squads in 2 men pairs often to find games) but now… So much for a team game…

I would be in a balanced match if the other squad have the same skill, and all the randoms are paired with equally skill and ship compositions.

Not enough for me!!! Same amount of squad on each team is the way to go. Devs got the point there! Maybe you r right if match is well populated but if u are in a 3 vs 3 or 4vs4 and even 5vs5 match with bots, it could be really difficault for the system to set up a well balanced match putting a squand only in one of the 2 teams…

Any amount of teamwork > no teamwork. But queue times are the devil.

We had that, but queue times were too high and people got annoyed, so Devs made 2-man squads count as solo. The problem was the matchmaking put all the 2-man squads on one side rather than trying to make them even, so the devs have now gone back to forcing 2-man squads to face 2-man squads, which will push queue times up and start the whole mess all over again.

The fix we WANT is for 2-man squads to be as even as possible WITHOUT forcing 2v2 matchmaking. If there is only one 2-man squad in queue then they can fight vs randoms. If there are two 2-man squads they should be opposed. If there are three then it should be 2 squads vs 1, etc.

The aim is for 2-man squads to be opposed as fairly as possible, not to punish players AGAIN for wanting to be in squads.

That thing will be very  OP. 3 cpu slot+ 20% crit dmg= 1 shot interceptor with gauss and the 3x shield slot= abusive tank using adaptive shields. Damm p2w

Using gauss and adaptatives in the same build… is not very clever.

 

Do you think the Sword AE is OP? because that one has almost the same slot layout and critic chance bonuses, and nobody has still complained about…

Dmg. It’s a fairly pointless bonus. It’s not like tacklers are crit monsters even with 3 cpu slots.

Erm what? Sword AE is rank 14, i.e. 3 ranks higher. You can compare it to the Lance Bartle. Same rank and base stats and personally I find it stronger. I’ll take 2 engine slots and boosted tackler mods over that pirate ship any day.
