There should be a cool-down displayed, if you wander off too far. This way, you can actually get back without having to look worried, if you’re out of radius or not.

I really like the patch. Even though I own Tharga Taikin and r14 dessies. Elly nerf makes dogfighting ellydium ships far more enjoyable and balanced and static shield/repair drone nerf makes non-explosive weapons less useless. Keep it up! ![:)](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/001j.png “:)”)
Just got out of Ariadnes Thread and 3 Guards come after me in Tyrant. Guess what happened. I fukn died because I couldn’t bring up my barriers fast enough. FIX THAT SH IT! That mission is OPAF as it is.

EDIT: The barriers aren’t that bad to deal with because it makes the other weapons a good option instead of only using g’thar’du but Ariadnes Thread needs a small nerf, mainly the guards.
also, a really great thing is that all cabin parts are now only 50 alien composite blocks each! nice to see that the game is becoming more user-friendly

You cant be serious, do you even play engineers? The module is great for Eclipse, this module is godsent for Broks laser. You dont have to sacrifice an engine for this effect which is amazing.
but a healing station of some kind would have been so much better!

Hey, is that new Wuz’Got station supposed to be able to hit cloaked enemies? That thing was lasering me from ~5 km away while I was covops cloaked. Please confirm that this behavior is intended so I know whether to make a bug report.
Also, why do dessy still have such a long respawn time? Maybe you should make cov-ops that long too considering that it can take out a dessy with complete ease.

Just a reminder, when you use the stealth mode on cov ops your are not invisible but off radar, you can still be identified visually meaning that turrets of any kind can still see and shoot at you.

Yeah, I know that you can be seen and are only invisible from radars but AI can only see and track you at a few Km. I was 5 Km or even greater from that thing and it was still lasering me. Granted, it was’nt doing much damage but it was still giving away my position.
3 miles [5km] is insane range for that station to hit, might be a bug. The destroyer respawn time is huge and should be reduced, and yes i agree that the Cov Ops as is can destroy single handed a supressor/destroyer yet it has very short respawn. Like I said in another thread, the destroyers are not only OP but with the current ships and their equipment has become the sure and easy kill.

I’m forced to pick upgrades just to get points to upgrade green ships now to next level.
Wouldn’t we have more “diversity and costumisation” if I can just pick level of ship lets say R15 = 1125 points and actually use those points at R15 upgrades.
What we have now is just 1000+ points to get to R 13 and just 125 points to use on R14 and R15 upgrades.
So where do you see diversity here??
This was meant to make R14-15 less customizable yes. To prevent them from being wayyyyyyy too OP like they were.
Onlu problem is that due to this, my rank jumped to 15 and now I have no way of using my fun ships AND ranking Woz’Got now.being stuck in R15 just for parts that I might not get isn’t fun.

Patches like this are exactly the reason I am no longer playing.
I was hoping for a positive change, but… nerfed more than buffs as always.
I have no idea how I didn’t notice this until now but they sped up the item pickup speed in OS for everything, it takes like 1.5 seconds now.
I think I read something about the increased perimeter of packets pick up (patch notes 1.4.9), maybe you confused it with sped up time? It is due to the newest r15 Wazgot module of sending health packets (the green cubes) to an ally…
