did anyone else got the same problem with the Alien Winter dlc…

well even they said that the ‘Invasion’  won’t be sell again, but what ever, looks so many people want it.but for people who own the ‘Invasion’ and ‘Gzhel’, can we get some refund after we bought the Alien Winter DLC

here is my problem about it, for the 9 skins in the Alien Winter DLC, after bought it i only got 5 of them.

‘Invasion’; ‘Gzhel’— own before i bought the dlc.

‘Snow 1’; ‘Snow 2’; ‘Ice Crystal’.— got them after bought the DLC

‘Desert camo 1’; ‘Summer camo 1’; ‘Desert camo 3’; ‘Metallic camo’— can anyone tell me where i can find them? they are not in the “Presets" window.

 

i have another question. the new ship can equip only alien passive module? and it can equip normal weapon(singularity railgun…)or only new alien weapons?and the active modules?

Should be able to equip normal guns too. It says in loadout selector that normal ships can also use some specific alien modules and weapons.

1.4.0 introduced many problems, but I will not talk about them right now.

I will mention the most troubling issues, introduced with 1.4.0 update and some of the older ones that is directly associated with this.

 

We used to play fully synergized ships of rank 8, 11 or 14 to obtain certain rare resources. It’s still the same, BUT…

Neodium ore, Beryllium ore, Electrum ore (currently discontinued).

Problem is that those ranks means nothing now and it’s all about RANDOMNESS! I want to farm or collect a specific resource!

I suggested a new thread about tokens, but nothing came out of it.

Loot will give me not what I want, but whatever the Random God decides.

You should revert this change back as it was, since it was not bad, especially because there is a progressive limit on daily loot.

 

About “Destroyers going to war” mission - It no longer provides any special bonuses, but it should.

If you want to improve the system, do what I suggested. Rank 8 Destroyers get neodium ore, rank 11 beryllium ore, rank 14 could provide Xeno-tokens or Live Crystals.

 

ONE LAST THING, that has been pay to win for months now, Xeno-Containers or Live Crystals.

Why you cannot obtain them any other way, since the Broker no longer gives any missions for them?!

We never got a task for Crystal plates (Receive 50k damage assignment from the Broker) in order to receive more Xeno-Containers or Live Crystals.

It’s P2W for real and something that you shouldn’t be proud of.

You had certain tasks on the Test server that you did not present in its entirety, so that we could at least get more such containers by completing assignments.

How do I know this?

You had a bug a while ago, when all the tasks were already completed and visible in the assignments screen, so I saw all the tasks planned for the 6th or later stages for the Broker missions that were never delivered.

 

If I make a Steam review, I can say that this game is F2P, because it is, but I cannot say that you can get every single resource in the game by just meeting certain conditions and farming for free, so the downside is that you MUST PAY for Live Crystals, that’s aren’t accessible otherwise for months now, if you disregard Broker’s assignments.

Now live crystal comes in the xenochip bundle.

That was evidently something only associated with the R14 destroyer event, then as someone always ends up mentioning if someone asks about sending a R14 destroyer, those deployment missions only let you send ships up to rank 12, so sending a rank 14 destroyer wouldn’t even be possible, plus since you can’t even make them now, it wouldn’t be fair to the people that missed the chance to make them if they added that now. I also suggested something along the same lines as your general suggestion around the time that thing was first added, where you’d forfeit some loyalty, to get selected specific resources in one way, or another, and with a better associated UI.

 

Aside from that, the randomness, and increased bloat of the loot pool was something I also mentioned, and also always is mentioned by others anytime they add yet another new something to farm. Also considering how much of a waste it feels to be to only get a small chance to get some good item you want, by flying fully synergized ships you may not want to fly otherwise, the whole system feels like it’s just plain bad for the player. I’ve been dead set against that whole thing since they first started introducing the system, my feelings haven’t changed in the least.

You only get a slight chance from trophy search, need to have won the round, and be flying max synergy ships, so I don’t view that as much of a benefit, neither do I regard the dismal chance of looting one in OS as viable. Daily log-in, and deployment missions only give a small chance to get them, and you basically cut the number of them from OS missions in half months ago, but have only been adding more, and more things to build that use them. They show up in various cash shop random boxes, then I think there was a daily for the SC league, which I, and anyone else not into PvP would get no benefit from. There’s these tasks you can get that award stuff like monocrystals, had one that gives 20, or 30 if you build a ship that must be manufactured (which of course eats up far more than 20, or 30), so since I had some excess Neo, I made another rank 8 destroyer, the task didn’t complete.

 

Considering how many get consumed in the manufacture of just one ship, I haven’t been one to build everything I’d want to build, especially with this retched habit of timed exclusive nonsense you’ve gotten yourselves into, so tend to sit on a modest pool for those “just in case” situations. Although, I could very easily completely drain my supply if I did start making much, so just looking at the pool players are sitting on, especially when you include the wallet warriors that keep buying random boxes, but don’t take into consideration why people sit on a pool of them, isn’t going to give you info you can make proper decisions with.

That’s exactly what I said before. 

These 4 schemes are available to only 25% of the ships in game (if not less). 

You’ll find them on all ships with a camo  paint, which means blue empires, came green for Fed, and Jericho “S”  ships. 

But forget about all other ships, including premiums and destroyers. 

 

 

These 4 skins are in fact the default camo variant that you can buy for a bunch of GS but loose when you switch. 

 

 

I think they should make them available for all ships instead of just “camo” ships. 

Exactly like the “Aggressor scheme” included in the DLC, but only available on one ship : The new ellydium gunship. 

It’s so sad that the content of this DLC is restricted. Even if the price isn’t much, it still feels weird that half of the DLC is limited to 25% of the ships.

You must be kidding? The price is 20 bucks and the half of the skins are highly restricted. 20 Bucks is not considered “isn’t much” for some skins. 10 max. DLC is overpriced.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll gladly spend money on fun, and have spent enough money on star conflict as well. But the changes in the last months have let me stop spending money on sc.

For one, the stupidely overpowered empire r14 destroyer. Weapons that deal 2x dps to destroyers. It’s becoming an unbalanced mess. Random Luck containers everywhere. (You can’t just buy new prem. ships anymore, no you have to get stuff from containers)

The new faction smells like a cash grab. Yes, even if it might not be at the moment, but let’s wait until it’s further extended.

And yes, I’m salty because this game is very much fun but I have concerns that decisions in the past few months and coming months are going to ruin the game.

20$ is 6.9k GS. Which make a skin at 690 GS. Considering they are permanent and can be fitted/unfitted whenever you want, it’s cheap. Because 690k GS is the price of 3 colors of a t5 ship but one time use.

 

But yeah, it would be MUCH better if the desert 1-3, summer 1 and metal schemes were available to all ships not just 25% of them.

 

I just hope that at least Ellydium ships can fit them all.

finally i find them…

sadly i only fly the premiums and destroyers.

they really should write this in the store that the skins doesn’t works on all ships…

just feels like to be deceived to buy the dlc…

It’s not a MANUFACTURED ship itself, it’s a ship part assembled ship. Also those, that you currently get ship parts from(reaper, phoenix etc.). Try to farm Archelon, collect all 200 parts for it and construct it from them. Profit from the mission.

Yesterdays PvP mission was okay. While the RNG f***ed me with giving multiple non-beacon games and one Domination, that the enemy had no chance and I was destroyed before able to capture one, I needed two more beacon games as all naturally focused this time the beacons to get the 2/2.
Glad was the PvE Mission, even I had only 20s left on the clock at finishing. :smiley:
But it’s again this PvP BS NEED to do. Not even Coop count. WHY NOT?!

When something during that time is not-obtainable, is misleading to say that you can get every resource in the game for free.

Exclusiveness of those special containers should had ended a long time ago.

Xeno-container consists all what is available right now for building Alien cabin. It costs xenochips and they are obtainable from missions. I see no misleading here

can we get any estimation of when trade option is coming?

Let me ask again because it wasn’t clear…

Is the Alien Fighter structure (coming Jan 3rd) required to build Tharga, or no?

DLC comes with 3 months prmium license. Check how much it cost in a gameshop than compare to a DLC price that comes with a license and skins that can be used unlimited times.

question, is the pyro emitter is buged? it doesn’t do damage in pve and in open space to npcs and to objects

You failed the obvious: You don’t get them without event. And now say that this event last infinite(with these rewarding missions).

@Kost: For Premium, you don’t buy DLC. This attitude to include things to bloat the hell out to increase the price is cheating the customer. If you want premium, they should make an extra non-dlc bundle ingame.
What will be next? Free 105775687 ingame lootable(non-mono/very rare things) things like shards to bloat the price even more?

Will the Xenochips be used only for the containers?I hope you are not hiding something from us again just like you did the with the R14s…
