How about Monocrystals? If a player started at zero and completes the daily tasks + SCL, then even with premium they will be about 200 monos short of building the Tyrant. Will there be some extra way to get them before the tyrant is gone?

It’s like 25 degree angle, and previously it was arround 10-ish.

Doing a TEMPEST-IN-YOUR-FACE is maybe powerful, but it’s a 2-edged sword, you have to be close, risk=reward.
People being killed by a straight Tempest salvo at 5000m ? Well, they deserve it, punished by not moving/paying attention/taking cover.

I was wondering what was happening with the Tempest Launcher yesterday. It’s not the end of the world though. Maybe make the spread even larger and make it turn to where you aim even when it is shooting its salvo to compensate?
Edit: Will the activators be used in building the Empire destroyer as well?
As a fed destroyer player: Should I opt for Tyrant? Or just wait the unknown time to ever get Sirius again?

Adding Jericho starter components into Elite Bundle, along with electrum, when you don’t know what will you get as guaranteed drops, along with other side-resources is really stupid.
What, if someone already bought enough Jericho starter components and he only needs some enriched electrum, but the Store will instead give him Jericho starter components?
Jericho starter components should be ISOLATED from the Elite Destroyer pack! That’s something logical, if you want to show some respect towards your supporters or customers.
Unfortunately, you most likely lost a lot of loyal financial supporters with this move. Some gave up and frankly, I completely understand them why.
I will no longer comment on economy, but I thought that you should know, what people think of this move. It was to be expected.
It applies to both monocrystals and electrum, especially when it comes to beryllium ore drops, but I will need more investigation for this, to state it as a fact.
Removal of ship parts from Special Operation missions was a very bad move. The main reason why people played it, is that they got some ship parts, if they were lucky. -
Credit loot drops are too common now. We should get more resource drops instead, like 50% more. O
Game mode changes to Fire Support and Defence contract scenario, a solid move that I approve of. +
All other gameplay elements that got changed and are mentioned in the patch notes are all welcome changes. +

R14 Destroyer can get killed easily by R8 and 11 thanks to this paying tactic.
but BOO BOO guess what, R14 Have to be STRONG, it’s a “product”, “we are selling them” , so, our “customer should not see it get destroyed so easily”.
Tell me if I’m wrong, tell that this isn’t related to the R14 and Marketing

wasn’t it supposed to get some activators too?
Seem that R11 only give them.
Yesterday got 15 elect + 5 activators for R8+R11.
I don’t have a r11 dessie unfortunately, was saving for the 14 one
But I was sure i’d read somewhere that r8 get them too, just not as many as r11’s
however, as i said, i got zero

Destroyers r11 will give you Jericho acivators. r8 - electrum
I like the patch very much, just my only request is that you guys take a look into the balance of the Elite Destroyer Parts Bundle. I know you don’t want people insta building Tyrants, but the rates of getting either electrum or activators should be equal and not completely one sided on the box. It really needs a change in rates or just take the activator out of the box and make it its own. Would please a lot of people that way, and it’s more fair to consumers because it’s already a extreme bid for such a low payout from a large sum of money. Gotta be a little fair concerning the fact the Tyrant is a much longer grind than the Sirius to get for no reason, and that unbalances things.

You didn’t answer my primary question or even hint at it Cin, was referring to the Elite Box being terribly unbalanced now…

Making the strongest ships in the game should not be something every player can do…
The new resources for other T5 destroyers is completely uncalled for and should 100% be reversed. Either that or make the “activators” drop with stupid large numbers.
The continuous nerfs to decent stuff is starting to bug me again too.
Tempest is now near useless outside of PvE due to the spread.
G’Thar’Du has been nerfed to the ground since it was released.
Crystal Plates are now basically just galva without the rotation debuff.
And other minor stuff that just makes the game feel weird.
The game is not one, but two feet in the grave now and all it really has to do is lay down at this point. I really liked this game but the way things are going, the great majority of players will instantly move to Star Citizen when it launches. Either that or just start finding new games already.
I like the changes to team battle and survival games they dont seem so insta over from the moment of joining.
But i think the combat recon style notifications would be handy here to let a player know when they are in the 3 point a kill zone. Something big and intrusive to get in the way of a sniper sitting in spawn .
Maybe not, but would be handy for a lot of newer players or those that dont read patch notes ect.
Once once again, I am the only one not buzzing over fcking destroyers.  What has this game come to…
