Spy drones and cloacking revealers

I don’t think they reduce the duration.

And it isn’t a real cloak, just an “Anti-Radar”, which causes the LoS modules to keep “locked on”

Just a small digression: when I last checked LRF and covops cloaks don’t break tackler LoS debuffs. I don’t think they can break parasitic remod or energy drain.

Quick question: do proton wall and R2 Jeri implant reduce the duration for spy drones?

Tacklers debuffs are exactly LoS dependant, CO and LRF cloaks do not break LOS, only radar detection even if they are not droned, those modules will not break these effects, while Shield drain and Energy drain not only LOS dependant they need a target to be detected this is why when you drain someone and get white noized effects are canceled.

Proton wall does not effect drones duration

IF you really want to nerf something on the Recon: nerf the mines. They are the new nukes.

I just looked at their damage, it’s double what they used to be and 80% of a nuke before the nuke nerf.

Then it’s a bug to me, since proton wall is supposed to reduce duration of debufs.  Otherwise it’s only anti-ecm and maybe white noise and engine suppressor.

You just looked at they dmg? where were you for the past month?

According to devs it is not a bug.

I haven’t had a recon so since the weapon changes I ignored it.  I’m half working on the empire recon line.  I want it, but starting from R4 isn’t fun sometimes, especially with the reticle issues.  Recon is the only ship class I have almost no experience flying.  That and tackler, which I haven’t really flown since T2.  Oddly, it was one of the T2 ships I got to elite status.

If it’s not a bug, it’s going on the suggestions!

Is it me or Spy Drones are harder to get rid of? Multiple times i “scratched” some objects and they didn’t come off, i had to repeat the procedure in less sharp angle to make them go away.

Did you take damage? I find that sometimes I just don’t get damaged when colliding.

YES…  This weekend in combat recon whenever I was Capt and in my engineer I was extremely annoyed by the number of times I was attacked by recons and watched as my HULL regin barely moved.   I tried every trick in attempting to remove the spy drones and it was useless.  I tried banging myself against the rocks, scrapping in every directions… ( those watching would have laughed as I was doing all kinds of manuvers against the rocks short of humping)

To be honest I didn’t pay attention to that

Weird, it is not like i can not remove it, it is just in a heat of a battle i hit an asteroid and drone didn’t come off, so i had to return and to that again, but i never had a problem where i couldn’t remove it what so ever

i’ve noticed this recently as well. maybe they have added in a small chance that taking collision damage won’t remove it

I had no problem removing them. If you use collision compensator just remind that sometimes you won’t get damage from collisions.
