Function: Completely negates outside effects that would alter the ships course and allows 50% faster deceleration. When on destroyers, velocity slowly decreases while not using the engines.
Would love to have it on the Stingray! Trying to stop one of those is like trying to stop a train. Makes using the plasma arc very tricky.
