Balance has been broken!
The so called new Matchmaker is a mess. Unbalanced, unfair and favoring only one side.
Possibility to implement only standard and premium ships should become available! It’s mandatory!
This cannot continue any longer! If you go down this path, the game death is imminent!
Favoring broken and unbalanced ships will only bring you more money and profit. If that’s what you’re after and if that’s what you want, then it’s okay.
Just let us know, so that players who disagree with the current state of the game, can leave.
Destroyers and Ellydium ships should not be in the same queue! Well, destroyers could still be, but definitely not any Ellydium ships.
It’s a new META, that don’t mix well with the old META! It’s incompatible and it cannot be balanced!

since the Alien ships were introduced the balance is broken. Tharga nerfs did help a bit but for tai´kin same issue does exist. It would need a lot of nerfs to bring game balance back!

It’s like when those players were saying “Destroyers should be PvE only”.
That’ll just make the ship useless. If you can’t bring it in along with standard due to being too powerful ; then nerf it.

How is it terrible? They have test servers for this type of stuff yet they are in public servers. If they would not put them in public servers until they are somewhat balanced then fine.
Maybe they need more testers. If that’s the case then do that and stop messing up MM with broken stuff…

If I’d have a 1$ for each time you have said it in past years, I’d be able to by any Ellydium ship on day one with that.

Fact? where did you get those “FACTS” from? I never even once said that. I use my vigilant in PvP all the time now and I’m not ashamed to considering all the broken ships now.

I dont think this is the right solution. A lot of player paid a lot of money to get those ships where they are. I think the better solution would be to make it easier for all to have these ships maxed out. Then it would be who built the best ship and vs skill.
The best solution would be to fix the rating system. The old skill rating system was better than the new one. Anyone can exploit the rating system by playing low tier for a while to bring the number down. I think the rating should be based on what you do, and not take into account the rank you play the most. When you see players known to be very strong with a skill rating of 4,000 you know something is wrong. I used the same exploit at times to get my rating to 3,000, and after about 10 battles I am back to 6500. Remove this one dynamic from rating and we might get better balance.

The pilot rating has no effect on matchmaking process.

The ELO does, Cinnamon confirmed this to me just games ago, after i got raped by a swarm of taikins, when I asked him to explain me how this balance comes to existence.
T5 is just who has the biggest wallet, OP ships & squad ”) At the present time. It’s “end game” content so that’s where it goes. I do tend to notice that one team usually has multiple dis-connectors whereas the other has none and a larger percentage of new ships. Probably disconnected after getting swarmed by a group of Tai’kins

MM was okish yesterday in T5.

Read it again, I made an assumption, not stated a fact! That and this is not a lie!
You’re seeking an excuse.
You don’t need to. It makes you look bad. I did not use any of those ships, only Command. I have those only, when I need to complete Ellydium’s assignments.

Your team apparently didn’t use those broken ship, and he states that as used ships.
His team used 4 taikins and a r14 dessie, but everything is okay.
Because we all know it, it is more fun when the fun is only onesided.
