Max rank of the leader= max rank of everyone else in the group, thats the rule, the only rule. Also people have a bad habit of abusing every tiny hole of the mm so the poor programmers had to do this. which is bad as before but with more loopholes, wait what?

I can understand this hightest rank accross all players of the group/wing to some extend for PvP before, but with this new category PvP, even that is just pure BS now.
Spec Ops: Your team is already set up(complete wing/group) in a very tiny rank limit. Pure BS to have === cross all players to have same rank.
PvE: Your team is already in a category set up. Setting it to 0 rank difference accross the playerteam is nonsense, because then you may have randoms(if you have a team of 3 or 2 at start) with maybe lower rank ships. Nonsense the 2nd.
Now with this category PvP, you don’t have 5 and 9 = up to vs. r11
You find yourself as r5 everytime now against up to r10 players. AND you get now bonuses!!!
So nonsense the 3rd!
But yeah programming at its best… Logic = nonsense³

I honestly see nothing wrong with this game/.  It was survival and lasted 5 min.  Survival is the one place destroyers health is not a big concern.

Okay, got some time in game already with this thing in so I can write down my statement with the best of I think and feel.

 

As a R15 player only, I can only say the situation might have gone better. Sure, some ships are tanky as hell now, for example tempest, but overall the R15s still dominate over the rest. Hell, even ships like apollo are fun to play with now. I can 100% say that this update was a good move, although I think there shouldn’t be really a bonus (there are already too many symbols above the hud), but rather a set amount of calculated bonus directly in the ships info. Right now it just increases the hull or damage by X%, but why not increase the damage already with the X% (aka see it in hangar via ship brief info).

That would be a bit too much work, its easier to buff them out as it is. r15 tho got really populated, i might even say the t5 got finally more popular than t3, who knows. It’s just a step in the right direction, many more steps to do. The bonuses need tweaking tho…

well the problem is not that there aren’t really battles, the problem is that if you get one, its coop… that won’t really bring more people in the game. this is one of the things that makes people quit once they download the game, because they thing this game is completely dead, yet they didn’t see T5… ofc getting to T5 needs time as well.

and why do you think this is MM’s issue and how would it get fixed this precisely on MM side?

I think it’s mm cause most of those newbies are low tier like r3-4, it’s pretty unfair to make them fight against fully equipped destroyers witch they don’t  know how to fight against them :confused:

And yet game lasted for almost full duration meaning you did not spawn farmed them for triple points, and top of the score board is 29 vs 24 in kills which is a really close score.

Pretty good game if you ask me, good job MM for making close games, don’t you think?

What was wrong on the old pvp ??? Nothink this new bonus is so bad idee !!! i play rang 15 and not 10 and all time the pve player´s in team nice and by more games more low ship´s in team with rang 5-9 nice play is it in pvp . what should the dirt ???

These ships dosent even got the same modules to use for PvP

I mean its okay to give ships a little bonus with like 2 levels behind but playing r15 having r5/6 ships in the teams is weird i guess

Making crew implants work for all ship ranks would replace these bonuses or just give those -3 ranks and below the bonuses to make it fair. Adding random numbers just seems a bit sloppy.
