Seed-chips window search and filter options

General idea is to add set of filters allowing filter and sorting chips by attribute type (desc, asc, min value)

for example show only seed-chips having:

  • Increased Main damage rate of fire minimum x%

  • Increases EM weapon damage with minimum x%
