Recruit in the chat, speak to players in PM, do mass chats to new players, etc. Generally speaking, use your voice! When AI first began Polaris Inc, I made my roster up to 100 in the morning the singlehandedly simply using the voice I had and speaking to the players I had, then cut my numbers down again and repeat ![:)](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/001j.png “:)”)
