Scale nanodrone cloud and mass shield generator repair rate with ship size

Simple enough idea. Nanodrone cloud and mass shield generator repair the same amount regardless of ship size. This makes them disproportionately effective on smaller ships who are designed to dodge more fire and so have less HP to make up for it. Apply a scaling factor for nanodrone cloud and mass shield generator healing auras on interceptors and fighters.

We already scale shield booster amount with ship size and I believe we already have a similar mechanic with missile damage, so could use the same scaling factor as them.

As much as I love doing it, being able to take down 1-2 ships with my int and then dodge out of combat for ~5 seconds in order to heal back up to full feels quite OP.

 

I would fully support them switching to a % based heal (heals X % of shield/hull per second) or scaling the heal depending on your ship type.
