You have forgot to mention that Guard frigates lost two out of six turrets, losing 33% of their DPS this way. Now they’re a slow hunk of armor and/or shield with firepower of a fighter and maneuverability of a brick. Sneaky sneaky devs.
I am sorry but are you stupid ? it’s a tank ment to tank damage , with damage reduction debuff and AOE slow and damage. It’s fair the wait it is.
