Future updates of Star Conflict should have next visual and sound improvements, as well as improved or reworked collision/impact damage system. In my opinion, it is currently broken.
First, sound effects:
Add some great sound effects in general, related to collision types.
Depending on the situation, sound effects and visuals should vary.
I am talking about graphical or visual immersion, as well as sound immersion.

ship grazing the surface of an asteroid (sparks visible)

ship grazing the rocks (rock debris falling or chipping off)

ship grazing the metal objects (squeaky sounds with sparks)

ship colliding with another ship (specific sound, indicating such collision)
etc.
Remember, every spaceship is a piece of metal.
Direct collisions on certain surfaces, or just grazing, etc., such sound effects should vary, depending on the event.
I would ask you, to re-examine current mechanics of collision system.
I find it ridiculous, that I actually impact my Tackler against a rock at 700 m/s and receive pitiful or absurdly small amounts of damage.
It’s unrealistic and broken.
Make collisions more drastic or punishing, at least for bigger ships! If possible, ship should not only explode, but sometime fall apart, if game engine allows it. Delayed detonation would also be nice. Maybe if the ship is being hit by a missile, it should instantly explode, otherwise, if it’s targeted by a low damage weapon, it should periodically be destroyed.
For example, Jaguar could lose its engine and explode 1-2 seconds later. Destroyer doesn’t need to explode instantly.
When it does, the explosion blast should actually travel outwards, from the center and damage non-shielded ships, etc.
